Scout’s Barbershop in Nashville, TN (West) combines quality and convenience, giving you fresh cuts at affordable prices in friendly and welcoming environments. Founded in 2013, we were the first unisex barbershop in Nashville and have grown to have several locations in Franklin, Sylvan Park, Germantown, Wedgewood-Houston, and the Gulch.

My husband and son have been loyal Scout’s customers since we moved to Nashville. They are always quick and efficient and my son always loves his haircuts. Breanna is their favorite.Today there was a misunderstanding that we were able to quickly resolve. We appreciate the management’s attention and willingness to solve issues. The manager reached out in the comment below which I appreciate.I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I had to take my wife to urgent care this afternoon and called to let them know I would not be able to make the appointment. I called 45 minutes before the appointment (when I learned I would have to take my wife to urgent care). I realize that your policy is to charge a $15 late fee if you cannot make an appointment and do not call an hour beforehand. SURELY there should be times for reasonable exceptions. I have been a customer at this location multiple times and have had my appointment times changed by the stylists multiple times the day of an appointment. I also came to Scout’s a few months ago and there building was out of power, yet I was understanding, did not get frustrated, and just came back another day. I did this because I had a reasonable understanding that sometimes unexpected things happen. I now know that I can’t expect this same basic understanding from management. I won’t be returning to Scout’s in the future due to their poor customer service.read more

I have been going to scouts for years and have enjoyed the business and nearly all of its establishments. I'm close to Sylvan Park so I go to that location most nowadays. Plants are beautiful along with all the personalities of the people there. So happy you guys have been able to expand so much.read more

A pleasant sunny afternoon, a rejuvenating haircut, and a warm welcome from senior stylist Britt Z. all made for a great first time visit to Scout's Barbershop. I met Britt at the Sylvan Park Puppy Play Date at the Scout's booth where I spun and won a free pair of sunglasses. I'm glad I followed up with an appointment this week. Street parking. Professional stylists that will give you the look that you need. Most guys don't know what that is. They'll do it for you. Very skilled with the straight razor. I'm 50 and balding and I got a cut that minimizes my bald spot and reestablished my hairline. They also cut my beard in a way that made me look great. Hot towel before the shave and cold towel after.Oh, and cold beer on tap. If you're into that.read more

I've been going to the same person for a few years now and it's always a pleasant experience. There is a bit of a wait, and their front desk isn't always the best at letting you know they're behind, but all in all, it's a good spot to go. Men's haircut is around $40 + tip.read more

I love the aesthetic of the place. The wood theme is very homey. They offer beverages which is nice when you are waiting. The hairdressers are very friendly and the final results are always worth it.

Just moved back to Nashville and needed a cut badly. I chose Cat McDaniel due to her availability. She gave one of the best cuts I’ve ever had and was a cool person to chat with as well. I’m notoriously picky about my haircut and she crushed it! Go check her out and tip like a grown up.read more

Incredible barbers with good and welcomimg attitude. Very professional they definitely know what they're doing. You can walk in and leave out with confidence that they won't mess up your hair. Erin has been my go-to hair stylist for a few years now and I could not be happier. I walk in, I’m offered a beverage (sometimes lacroix, sometimes I have a beer), and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. Erin is amazing, she knows my style and what I want all the time. It’s a haircut and a therapy session all in one. I always feel so welcome, everyone is so professional and kind. Best place I could ever get my haircut done. Amazing location too!read more

Scout’s never misses. The atmosphere and the free beverages, always 10/10. I have gotten cuts from both Dazia and Courtney and always satisfied! Courtney even taught me how to communicate what I need from other barbers for when I need to get a haircut out of town, and her glasses game is 💯.
