I needed cuts for my two boys last minute on a Sunday night, I called and they said to come in. My older son hates getting his haircut and it always ends in him being miserable. After Shalom cut his hair he said he is never going anywhere else. Not only does he love his hair but he said that he liked the fact that he made conversation with him. My other son looks great too. Best barber shop i ever went to hands down. I started going here and getting haircuts from Elvis for about a year now and never went to another barber. Their work and cleanliness is untouchable and you are always happy when you walk out. There is parking available in the front of the shop, so it is very convenient to drive there and not have the hassle of trying to find parking. I highly recommend you come here! Just left the shop.I originally went to look for a guy named Elvis since the reviews were raving about him. But he wasn’t in so I got my hair cut from MATT. I don’t regret it one bit!What I appreciated about the hair cut was that Matt took attention to the details. He wasn’t rushing to get me out. I had to wait for him to finish the guy before me and the other customers had to wait for Matt to be done with my hair. To me appreciate that! I share this because I had my share of quick barbers. I hate when I have to cut small pieces of hair that the clippers didn’t catch and the barber didn’t take the time to fix.Matt is new to the barber game but this man has a lot of potential. I can tell he has a skillful eye and is growing is technique. If you want to get a nice clean proper fade check out this place and ask for Matt. I also saw the work of the owner. I’ve been going to Styles Lounge starting post-COVID and always gone to Shalom, the manager and owner. He has always given me 5/5 service but since he was away, I went to Elvis today. Elvis gave me a 10/10 haircut and service. I never had a barber who took time to explain what would be best for the client and actively made sure the haircut was perfect. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. Best cuts in NYC. My usual cut is a skin fade and a lot of attention on my beard trimmed/lined up. Its a very involved cut and I am very specific, but Elvis is always on point and nails it each and every time, always does as I request. I always walk away feeling like a new man, happy and refreshed, never disappointed. No other shop gives fades like Shalom and Elvis. All the barbers there are great. There’s no reason to go anywhere else for your cuts.read more

Went to Mike for the first time today and he nailed my cut. The cut I get is very involved but I didn’t have to explain too much and he knew exactly what to do and even fixed up up a few mistakes that a prior barber made on my cut. He made some recommendations and gave me an excellent skin fade and took his time on my beard. He checked in with me throughout to make sure I liked it. Popped in randomly one day after my usual go to let me down again and Omar said what's up let's do this.I'm pretty picky with a lot of my choices in life, and this one was one of my better ones.
