I came in today and I have longish hair that I like to slick back . I came in for a trim all around and I didn't get my barbers name but he was an old dude. Amazing work and only took a short amount of time compared to some other places .Very satisfied!read more

The barber does not listen. I don’t think he knows what a fade is. I gave him instructions which he did not follow and they were fairly easy. The haircut did not turn out horrible but not as I wanted it.read more

Came in today for a haircut after seeing all the good reviews and really happy I did. Khalid is very skilled, did a great job, and gave me exactly what I asked for (in fact, he showed me a new trick on how to quiff the hair in the front using a round brush I'm totally gonna start doing)!! All of this at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back!read more

Wassim is hands down the best barber I have ever been to. I moved from MD to NJ 5 years ago and was never satisfied with any barber UNTIL Wassim. He knows how to cut hair and takes his time and consults with you ever step of the way. I have NEVER been disappointed with him. Everyone was very nice and pleasant for sure. Unfortunately, my haircut isn't what I had hoped it would be. It's not bad but I asked for texturing and it wasn't done. I even showed a picture of what I had hoped for in regards to styling but it didn't help. Not a bad place by any means but I left unsatisfied.read more

One of the best spots I’ve been to for a cut. Every barber knows exactly what they’re doing - However, I see people waiting for the 2 guys closest to the door all the time (don’t know their names but they seem very popular). As skilled as they are, the other barbers are equally very skilled as well. Aside from ridgewood parking the wait can be a little long depending on time of the day (e.g. 5 PM) but for good reason. And for $20 a cut you can’t complain.read more

Was my first time getting a haircut since the whole Covid and the quarantine happened!! I had a great experience at this place! Everyone was very NICE and friendly. everything was being cleaned, sterilzed and washed in front me so that made me very comfortable. Not to mention that they follow COVID-19 guidelineswhen it comes to wearing a mask and gloves and the protection barriers were installed inbetween chair. I highly recommend this place.read more

I was looking for a new barber and my friend said that Patchi Alotchi is the best so I went and had an appointment with Wassim. I showed Wassim a photo of the style that I wanted and he completely nailed it. It's easily the best haircut that I've ever had. He also showed me how to style it and what product would be good to use.The place is a true barber shop and really well priced also. My friend who recommended the place gets his hair cut by Adam and he says he's good also. A good haircut can really make you feel confident.read more

Walk ins are welcome. You tell them what you want and they will do it. They may ask you if you want other services like eyebrows done, etc. Got what I came for.

Best barber for men& Boys only $20 deal with free wax. Turkish salon next to dunkin donut in Ridgewood Nj. Look for Noori - very friendly. The owner also is very good.

I took my 2 year old son here today after being rejected from Snips for Pips and he really hates getting a haircut and screams the whole time. The staff graciously took us as a walk in and dealt with his crying like a champ. I was so impressed by their patience and kindness even though the Barbor shop is not directly meant for kids. We really causes a scene but they were determined to give him a clean haircut and work through it with me. I’ll never forget their kindness and swift ability to deliver for the customer! Best barbershop ever.I come all the way from Rutherford to cut here, since in Rutherford it looks like barbers are out of their mind and business, either having bad service, attitude and charging $45-50 for regular cuts, when we can get great service at Patchi Alotchi for fair price and we can save that extra to give tips to them instead of paying these "zero knowledge" barbers from Rutherford.read more

Patchi Alotchi was a good place. The prices at the Maple Barber Shop got really expensive. I had to make the decision to switch barbers. I came to this one for the first time, the price was fabulous, only 20 dollars for a sharp cut. The barber that I had was a bit of a playful guy with my hair. He had some missing equipment and was using some other razors as a substitute for others. The haircut was really good however it was theory enough for my liking. I would probably come back here for a haircut but to take the time to do it. The guy I had was also fast which I got a bit afraid on because I felt that he wasn’t getting what I wished for my hair. After all, I would kinda recommend this place especially for the pricing but for the cut, it was good for its price.read more

Just went to this hair salon for the first time today. Got my haircut by “Nuri” and let me tell you it was probably one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in a long time. He actually listened to how I wanted my haircut.
