George gave me the best cut of my life. This place is great! Its really cool and trendy but you still feel comfortable there. They also have a great selection of styling products. I will be a client for life . I highly recommend loyalty. They are very professional and they take care of all of the details that other places miss. Great atmosphere and staff, and even better haircuts! Love the look of the place, music videos playing on the TV while you get a haircut, and the banter between barbers. Highly recommend.

Brought my son and my father in for a pre-wedding cut, amazing as usual. Me and my fathers cuts were pretty straight forward and were taken care of really well, always a satisfying experience. Where I found joy was in my sons cut. Andrew stepped up and not only entertained my 5 year old for over a half hour he nailed his hair perfectly. He got a bunch of compliments at the wedding and I had to hear about the cool guy with the tattoos that cut his hair for a week after! Dom will be back again and again, as this has always and will always be about more than just a hair cut here.read more

A real barber and beard shop. Multiple chairs with male and female barbers. The TV is on to entertain, always with a great show. They have some cool hair and beard supplies for sale. Local artists have their work displayed. A must see as barber shops go!read more

Awesome Barbershop, do men cuts and some women cuts like military-style and transgender styles, more on the undercuts bob buzz style , military-style with cuts of this age..no perms very friendly. Smell great in there. Very clean. It is mostly a men's Barbershop.read more

I have been going to Van Ryn's for years. The staff is friendly. While I have probably gotten my hair cut by most of the staff there, and they have all been very good, I mostly make appointments with Erin. You can't go wrong with anyone working there but Erin is excellent. My son and I have always had a good experience. I started going here back in 08 or 09 when I moved into the area. Parking can be tough right outside the building because it is in the heart of West Chester, but there is plenty of parking around and nearby. Rates are pretty standard. They did expand the building to add more chairs and staff which is good. Saturdays are particularly busy so definitely make your appointment a few days in advance for this particular day. Can't say enough good things about this place.read more

Will definitely be going back, there is an easy online appointment booking process, great barbers, I got the hot towel and light neck massage (handheld massager), was clean out the door and felt great like vip great, never had that good of an experience, and the high fade was perfect. I was a walkin, the staff could not be more polite, they were able to squeeze me in between appointments. They kept apologizing for the wait, but they didn’t have to. Everyone at Loyalty is amazing. I've never liked any haircut I have ever received until I went there. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I have a sibling who has special needs which can make things difficult at times and he looks forward his visits down to Loyalty. They do great things for their local community like haircuts for the homeless, donate gift cards and merch to charity events, or more recently a fund raiser for a local cop who was shot in the line of duty. They make it a point to connect with all their customers, young and old. Their prices are very fair compared to all the other shops in the area.read more
