Hair Mechanix in Warren, MI is a fun, MALE-friendly place where men get what they deserve. Built by guys for guys and powered by better girls. The attentive and talented staff offer all current and vintage hairstyles. The barber shop is lined with big screen TV's and photos covering the walls, along with rock music on the speakers. Also, you can sit back and relax with a complimentary beer. Each haircut includes a wash and hot towel neck shave. Hair color and waxing services are available as well. It's certainly a man focused experience. Locations in Michigan, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

despite my husband and I being the only customers not offered a beer, the atmosphere was nice. I did have to even out the hair cut after we got home. He has curly hair was left with an almost “rat tail” like curl that was much longer than the rest of the cut. Had I’d realized it in the salon, I would’ve mentioned it then.read more

I was traveling the Detroit area and found this spot in Warren. Jessica Ann took amazing care of me and gave me an amazing cut. Lauren cut my hair. The tea tree shampoo and conditioner was so nice I purchased a bottle of each. She did a fabulous job very high level of attention to detail. I’ve never had a better hair cut at a better price. In addition Lauren was very not only lovely to talk to and look at she is a very good stylist. I’d highly recommend this place.read more

A few weeks ago I searched a local spot for a haircut. I’m not from the area and found Hair Mechanics.My stylist was Jessica and she treated me right as I walked in and was super friendly. She offered me something to drink. I declined at first but took her up on the free beer.Jessica was extremely nice and pretty soft on the eye. The end product was better than I expected for her not knowing my style.I will return as long as I’m working in the area.Make sure you make a reservation. They seem to be booked a lot.read more

Awesome place! I was greeted for my appointment and offered a pop, water, or beer. Guided to my seat and had one of the best haircuts I've ever had. My stylist gave me advice about how to train my hair and was very through when asking what I wanted. I paid additional for a scalp massage which was very relaxing. I also had a straight razor shave and lineup and she did a great job with that. Overall awesome place. I will definitely be returning.read more

My regular barber shop had closed and I was looking for a new place. Found Hair Mechanics in Warren and am glad I did. First appointment was with Crystal who did a great job on my hair. I returned for another cut and this time it was Kristy who cut my hair. Another outstanding job. Both times I was a walk in and both times there was a minimal wait.read more

The place is well organized and the staff are super professional. Kristy was my stylist on each of these visits. Great attention to detail and excellent quality of work both with the haircut and beard trim that I regularly opt for during my visits. Prices are reasonable for the level of service provided. Kidist did a amazing job. I am disappointed that I came in at 4:20 pm however a d did not get the seni6 discount. I was told over the phone I would. I spent Over $80 and did not get it as I was told they stop giving it after 2pm . That is unfair as I am on Social Security Disability and I'm a low income senior. You should be willing to help a fellow senior anytime if the day . I sure hope after reading this you reconsider your policy and offer the senior discount anytime of the day as our money matters at our age. Thank you future customer possibly with this hair stylist if you see it in your heart to change this policy for all fellow seniors. Wish you the best in your new location.read more

I never leave reviews but been going here for almost 2 years now so why not. Haven't had a complaint to this day. I've tried pretty much all I can off the list of services offered and my stylist Azra does it all to perfection while taking good care of you. If you book with her and have any ideas about trying something for the first time give it a go I highly recommend it. It'll be done properly trust me on that. On top of that she's always a joy to talk to so that's obviously a plus too. I'm always looking forward to my biweekly appointment!read more

Shop looks awesome! I was a walk in and was able to get seen within 30 to 40 minutes. I had gotten a medium skin fade and it looked flawless. K had washed my head after and gave a scalp massage. After the hair wash she put a hot towel on my face. Once I sat up she hot towel the back of my head and sprayed some alcohol. Haircut cane out perfect and with tip it was less than $35. Well worth the wait and price.read more
