I have been coming to this location since it’s open. I sadly will have to move on to another service elsewhere. This may sound strange since I still give a 4/5 rating. This is not a quality Or pricing issue. For the last year I have noticed decreased staffing, that seems to directly effect walk-in clients. After many instances of low staffing, resulting in 1 hour waits, on walk-ins with zero people sitting in waiting area seats. This means they should make their business only by appointment, as your staffing seems to only accommodate. I don’t want anything or even a response. Hannah is by far the best stylist. Been mine for 2 years now. She hilarious and for hair shes incredibly talented and creative. Great atmosphere at Floyd's too. Not your typical barber shop. Highly recommendedread more

No matter what Floyd's I go to in the country (Willow Grove and Minneapolis are my favs), I receive consistent, amazing haircuts, beard trims and so on. Plus the staff is always amazing.

I was a walk-in and was told I had to make an appointment. Within seconds the manager Gabrielle came over, asked me what I needed done and told me to take a seat at her station and she would be right there..she gave me the most amazing haircut..best cut I had in years..I will be going back for sure..I was even shocked at the price..the other place I was thinking of going to wanted double what I was charged.. the place is clean, staff is great and great atmosphere.Even though I'm a senior I was treated with respect and would highly recommend this place to anyoneread more

My first haircut post-COVID-19 lockdown!They did a tremendous job. Loved the cut, the staff and stylist were super-professional. Heading there again on Tuesday!

Heather is a great stylist that listens to what you want. She has been doing my hair for some time now and I still get compliments on my hair. I have medical issues and she is very caring and helps my anyway she can. Heather is a great asset to the shop. Everyone in the Willow Grove store is always friendly and they keep it very clean.read more

My wife found this place for me about 2 years ago (she didn't want me getting cheap cuts anymore) and I haven't got a haircut from any other place since. Yes, I had to change stylists initially as Amanda worked few hours, but I have stuck with Fran since I first met him. Everyone is friendly. Price is reasonable for quality. Make sure you always get an appointment before you go!read more
