Description
Come in to Ralph's Barber Shop for a traditional or stylish haircut, and the barbers will finish you with a hot lather straight razor neck shave, all at the right price. They offer a variety of grooming services, such as gray hair camouflage, highlights, ear and nose waxing, and will add designs to your hair. The decor has a lot of great sports memorabilia and sports events are always on the TVs. Ralph even outfits his waiting room with authentic stadium seats from Veteran's Stadium.

Jennifer, my barber, was very nice! Did a great job on my hair. It was very busy! 45 minute wait. Saturday before Thanksgiving was probably the reason for that. Other than that, for a first visit it went pretty well.read more

A gem of a barbershop. The skilled staff takes their time to do a professional cut & styling for both female and male customers. No wonder Ralph's has been in business for nearly 100 years.

Went there the day before thanksgiving, it was a little busy, but my son was quickly seen by someone. I was happy with hair cut, I will definitely recommend this place, at least 6 barbers were working.read more

Pretty friendly and convenient for me based off of it's location. Tony is the man! Decor keeps your brain occupied if you should fall into an awkward silence while you wait. I should go here more often before my mop grows too much again.read more

David is the best. My young son (now 20 months) has sat through multiple 20+ minute haircuts with David. He does a great job of making him feel comfortable and keeping calm. He also is very experienced and knows how to properly cut all different kinds of hair. My son has very straight hair with a major cowlick that is very hard to cut right, and David does a great job every time.read more

Awsome place. Highly skilled people and the owner is an awsome guy. This is my top choice for a cut. Can have a long wait sometimes, but totally worth it.

MIKE ROCKS!!! I came here to get my haircut because it is the only affordable place for a woman that I found in like a 5 mile radius of where I live. I was lucky enough to get my hair cut by Mike. He is FANTASTIC. So skilled, experienced and professional. He makes getting my hair cut feel less like an errand on my to-do list and more of a social experience that I can talk and have fun! Great barber shop! I go and see Ralph III, he always does a great job. They do such a good job, that it can be hard to get an appointment for certain popular times or you might have to wait awhile as a walk-in, so be prepared. Also, keep in mind that you can pay with credit card, but for most people you can't leave a tip on the card. So have a few bucks in cash with you!read more

I’ve been seeing Greg for a little of a year now and Greg is without a doubt the best barber I’ve ever had. He gets exactly what I want every time and does it perfectly. This has been my neighborhood goto for 30 years. Family business run by 3rd generation barber. Appointments are recommended as they can get pretty busy.

Today, I took my 6 year old for his 1st professional haircut in 3 years. Great cut, great experience, great price. He was scared before going but Greg was great with him. This barbershop never let me down. Ralph III is the best barber I had in years . I just happen to stumble on this barber shop when I move to Glenside. It was just down the street from the My weekly meeting. As a proprietor he’s always multitasking but it does not interfere with the quality of the haircuts I never did. Highly recommend it. Been going here since I got my first haircut. The barbers have changed but it's still got that hometown feel and look. Ralph, the owner is a die-hard Phillies fan and has tons of memorabilia scattered throughout the entire shop so there's plenty to look at while getting spun from side to side! Super friendly and nice barbers as well. Ask for Trish, she's 1 of the pros and she always get it done right!read more
