Unfortunately this barber shop runs through barbers/hairdressers like Wawa does its cashiers. I’ve given them ample opportunities to give me a proper men’s cut. Not only am I displeased, I’m also astounded that they just couldn’t get it right. A 30 minute job turned into an hour of lack luster conversation and a sad excuse for a haircut. You have to love booking an appointment 2 hours in advance, having to drive 15 minutes, get to your appointment on time (3pm) only to be told by a random barber “I don’t know why he would book you an appointment, we close in an hour”. No apology or anything, just a simple get out. Thanks for wasting my and my sons time. Thank you for not calling me in the two hours after I booked to tell me “hey we need to reschedule”. I had a 3:45 appointment... an HOUR later not one of the three stylist working could take me for whatever reason, then foisted their ineptitude off on the poor teenage girl working at the reception desk.I left without getting my hair cut. I went a block up the street to Royal Barbershop who took me immediately and gave me an exceptional haircut.I'm not exaggerating when I say that Players Barber Shop gave me the worst customer service experience of my life today. Absolutely unacceptable. If this was the LAST barbershop on God's green Earth, I still would not go here.read more

I went to players in Hatboro on Sunday morning,And I got my haircut by Serg, And I’m sorryHe Did not do a good job at all, you go to a barbershop For the straight Razor and the hot towel, and those Clean Crisp lines, I ask for A Hard Part, and A Mid Skin Fade, he didn’t shape the lines up and For the hard part he just went over it once with the electric trimmer, You are supposed to use a straight razor for the hard partSo it Stands out, Bottom line is it was as if I went to sport cuts or some other chain fake barber’sIdk if he thought I wasn’t gonna tip well, But I tip very well if the job is done right, I won’t give players a one star because I like Players I was going to the one in Warrington, however I had a lot of personal things going on and Overwhelmed at work that caused me to miss Some Appointments with The BEST BARBER in that Place JD, so she won’t Take my appointments anymore Not that I blame her at all, She’s Still top notch in my bookSo I figured I’d give This location a try I will be back just with a different barberread more

I bring my son here every time he needs to chop his mop off (he likes to grow it out all the time and usually ends with him asking to chop it off) The people here are always so friendly and the stylist/barbers do a sick job. My son’s hair is thick and can be tricky but they always show out when he brings them a photo of what he wants. Highly recommend this place!read more

In Warrington, look out for "contractor" barbers who lack understanding of how to cut or style hair . Cluless barber cut my back of my head into a "blow out" w/o even asking, clearly I did not wear my hair this way. Avoid Warrington, not sure of Hatboro, they may be good.read more

I have not been here before. My grandfather had an appointment set up with Donna at 8/15/23 11:30am. I had free time so I figured why not. My appointment is set for 12pm. They go and I arrive separately for my own appointment 15 minutes early. I walk in and was instantly greeted by all the staff members. I was expecting a wait but Katelyn greeted herself to me and offered a chair. After that is was so pleasant. My grandfather, my friend John, and myself all went in looking like animals and left out looking like handsome gentleman. Highly Recommended!!!!read more

This is the only barber shop I go to. It's getting hard to find barbers that cut beards well and offer straight razor shaves. A true classic hair cut & shave down to the hot towel. I don't live near them anymore, but the service and atmosphere are worth the drive. Keep up the great work.read more

Today will be the absolute last time I come to your shop. I threw away $50 bucks for a beard trim and buzz that was literally half done. My beard is a wreck. I usually don't leave reviews, but just had the worst experience. Talk about bad customer service! I called for an appointment for my son's hair cut and the said they had an appointment for the same day at 1:30. I got there for the appointment 5 minutes early for them to tell me they didn't have him down for an appointment today. They told me I called the wrong place very rudely I might add. After a ten minute debate, I left and checked my call history in the car. I called the number back and watched them answer so I walked back in and asked one more time. They some how magically found his appointment right away, but said the could only do it if I was a really quick haircut because they have other appointments. I asked about the quick trim my son wanted and they said it was too long and to reshedule. I ended up leaving and went to Hatboro Barber shop and got a much better experience.read more

I came in and explained that I’ve been growing out the hair on my sides and top of my head and went into a lot of detail explaining how I didn’t want my sides shortened but more fixed up and and blended into the part in my hair I was growing out because of the confused look on the barbers face. The barber nodded to me and said back to me what I had said as he understood and continued to botch my hair , the top of my head was uneven and I did contact the owner on the matter and he offered me a free haircut but I don’t know if I could put my trust in this business again. I normally go to GQ Barbershop in Horsham (highly recommend), but my lady barber was booked up for a few days. I needed to go out of town so I made the poor decision of going to this place. The person that cut my hair put a huge divot on the top of my head. If you look at other reviews, this appears to have happened to others. Went for a haircut today and the guy cutting hair completely butchered it. Had a huge divot on the top of my head and he cut racing stripes into the back of my head while doing around my ears. Who does a fade by running the clippers around your head once.....horizontally! Then you proceed to use scissors and aimlessly hack away and cut too much hair off so the fade is messed up. worst haircut of my entire life.
