Best barber shop in West Chester (I've been to most of em). I used to go to Champions and really like all the people there, but became tired of long wait times (at least 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and they stopped selling my favorite hair pomade called "Suavecito" ... Decided to give Cruisin a shot, and I've been a customer for about a year now. Andy is my barber and he's amazing. If my appointment is 4:30, I'm in his chair at 4:30, and he gets it done in a reasonable time frame and ALWAYS does a great job. Plus they have that Suavecito in a bunch of different kinds (Coconut Cupcake is the best ... No exaggeration, I bought it a month ago I've had 4 people comment on it, including my ex who hasn't had anything nice to say to me in 5 years). Go, you won't be disappointed!!read more

Went here for a pre-wedding shave with my groomsmen, and it was a great time. The hot shave was the most relaxing thing I've ever experienced, and Juice and the rest of the guys were all great. Groomsmen looked sharp for the wedding, which made for a very happy wife. Definitely book in advance though, because it seems like they're a popular spot (and for very good reason).read more

I discovered this place in 2007, and although I live an hour away I still only go to Cruisin Style for my haircuts. Craig and the staff are very laid back but take their work seriously. Got swirls? OIly hair? Brittle hair? These guys are really good at customizing to your hair type. Would definitely recommendread more

I’m reaching out to let you know what a wonderful, caring, and accommodating staff you have. I called this morning to get a last minute haircut for my son today. I scheduled it for noon. We got there and after waiting a bit, we realized there was a mix up in the schedule. His appointment was for tomorrow and not today. I was worried, but they assured me they’d take care of me and they did. I needed quarters to feed the meter. They didn’t have any on hand, but were determined to help me. The young lady at the front, whose name I didn’t catch, (sorry!!!) actually walked two blocks with me, with Dominic’s credit card, to put more time on my meter. THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GO THAT FAR, and they did. When we returned, Jenny shared that they comped my son’s haircut. THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT, and they did. Hands down the best barbershop in the area. Highly skilled barbers with an old school but family friendly barbershop vibe. They have compressed air and hoses from the ceiling at each station to blow the clippings from you instead of those unhygienic horsehair brushes. If you've never been here, just do it, for yourself. I was referred to Cruisin' Style Barber Shop and my prayers were answered! Jenn and Craig expertly cut my 1 and 4 year old little boys hair- no horrible bowl cut bangs!!! They were everything you could have hoped for- incredibly nice, fast, and thorough! The cuts look great and we all had a great time- which is saying something with two little kids. I am so relieved to have found our regular barber, my husband is now looking forward to checking it out himself. It's a nice, clean shop with a lot of barbers (they take walk-ins but if you're in a rush make an appointment). Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Jenn & Craig!read more

For what was honestly my first ever visit to a barber shop in the traditional sense, Cruisin' Style sure delivered. I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect, but the staff and atmosphere quickly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I truly enjoy coming to Cruisin' Style. Started bringing my son here when we first moved to the area from out of state. He was 6-years-old at the time, and he would typically get squirmy during haircuts. My wife set his first appointment with Sailor, and my son really connected with him. Sailor keeps up with my son's Pokémon conversations, not only tolerating his top-ten lists, but actually engaging when asked what his fifth-favorite whatever is. There have been points when the entire shop joins in the conversation with my son. And this has helped make haircuts an enjoyable experience for my son.I get my haircuts with Sailor, too, and have been impressed with the overall atmosphere in the shop. Before coming here, I would generally use the chain barbershops. But the service you get here is much better, especially as you keep coming back and get to know your barber.read more

Had an amazing FIRST TIME( but not last time) experience! I called… owner answered within second ring which is a big deal! Then I requested he squeeze my mom in and he did just that! He schedule us at 2:00 on a weekday! We sat with WONDER!!! He was very polite and followed the details of the sample pic! When my mother and I walked in it was very busy, however everyone looked up from what they were doing and greeted us with a smile! Even many of the clients smiled at us! Although the shop was filled with men I felt very comfortable with my mom being there! I was concerned at first because not all non-black barbers cut black people’s hair… WONDER DID AN AMAZING JOB!! The owner, Craig came over had a few words and smiled! A smile goes along way! We had a not- so- pleasant experience at a different barber but kinda glad we did otherwise we would not have come across WONDER! I shared my service experience with my family! We will be back and they may even meet my son who I recommended to go!!! Their prices are reasonable, professional, friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend them!
