Worst experience I’ve ever had at a barber shop. The lady working said she’s been working there for 14 years but she wouldn’t listen to a word I was saying. I wanted to get a faded fohawk, had a picture in hand and made a request that it wouldn’t look like a mullet like the last person I went to made it look like. She told me the picture I showed her was a mullet and that either way it would look like a mullet. I went to hair cuttery and showed this sweet old lady the same picture and she had absolutely no problems with giving me the haircut I asked for and made it even better than what I wanted. I have never dealt with such ignorance to the customers wishes. I will never go to this place again and will be recommending all my friends to the sweet lady who did an amazing job on my hair instead of this terrible place!!read more

I had an appointment at 5:00 and I walked in 5 minutes late because I had trouble finding street parking. I walked in and immediately apologized for being late and was greeted with a rude comment for arriving at 5:05 even though there wasn’t anyone else in the shop and the barber was sitting in the chair on her phone. She rushed through my cut in less than 10 minutes without a care in the world, I asked for a simple cut and I’m not asking for much but was aggressive and rude. I was not satisfied with my cut but wanted to get out and I still tipped 20%, she did not thank me or anything. Terrible experience and I will not be back. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if they offered $5 haircutsread more

Used to be great before staff changed in the last couple of years. We all had to change habits and I only went a handful of times in that time period and while the place wasn’t very cheerful anymore, haircuts were ok. That was until last saturday when my son and I were met with attitude for being a few minutes late. Very unpleasant experience from that point on. Kid’s haircut definitely not worth the $25 either. Maybe it was a bad day but I’m not going back and certainly not recommending the place anymore.read more

If you want the worst and laziest haircut of your life go here. When I went in the lady in the black hair was giving attitude for no reason. Then she proceeded to what seemed like a five year old who cut my hair with toy scissors. I don’t usually write reviews but this was a waste of 30 dollars.read more

I had an appointment for 12:15 so I showed up at 12 to check in Not thinking their would be an issue with that. Upon arrival I was met with nothing but additude from the lady with black hair (I did not get her name) I was so appalled that I went down the street and got a better hair cut for cheaper 10/10 do not recommend going here unless you want to be met with additude.read more

Good price, and friendly people. But the use of the word barber shop is a bit misleading. If you're looking for a fade, this is not the place. The clippers my barber used did not go anywhere near the skin. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it just doesn't feel like you should be able to get a proper, quality haircut in that period of time. i'm sure they're fine with long hair but not so much with short.read more

I have been going here for about 3 years now and absolutely love it. My boyfriend and I have moved 45min away and still make sure to come here to get our haircut. I saw a few comments about the hair stylists attitudes and would like to give my experience: I find it appealing when people are real and genuine like they are here. They welcome you and make you feel like you are one of them. Never had a negative experience at this place. I could not recommend them more.read more

I give this pad 2 stars only bc my wife likes them. Though, everytime I go, it sucks first rate!!! First, you need cash. You may never remember that bc who does? this is uh...2019. Pay a credit fee, take venmo, square?? - do something...duh. Losing business just on that?...eat the business expense...it's not that bad to pay a few cents on the dollar to make your customers happy to keep coming back and express it to friends. It's called business 101. So I had to leave and come back and pay parking again. Secondly, the girls are supposedly great to only repeat clients and college kids, but otherwise not too friendly. How can I be repeat customer if the service is bad? Thirdly, I show up, pay for parking, walk, only to find out there is 1 employee on duty and she doesn't take us bc we didn't make an apt. , but they had a 1:00 and I came at 12:30. I have a kid who's hair can be trimmed in ten minutes. Isn't this called a barber shop but not a salon? Forth, she had 4 apts lined up but NO other employee to handle walk-ins etc. Fifth, seems like they offer beer for waiters, though you need an apt (?) and I don't care bc I don't drink, but never offered to me bc again, they have the "select" clientele and offer them in front of you-----how extremely rude!!!If you can offer beer, don't you need a license? Maybe you should replace that cost with the minimal credit card processing fees to take more business.The place is a joke. There are so many options in town and nearby in exton, downingtown and others, so see ya for the third try. 3 strikes. Maybe my wife will still somehow come to you, but I doubt it after today. I'm a really small business owner and you've got it all wrong...you could totally bank roll this place. Better hire a consultant. maybe after another employee or two, or get an ATM machine along with those employees!! Or take some business courses at your local CC.read more

It's a SHAME. Haircut itself was good. Hairdresser was very ignorant. Did not have an appointment. I did not think I needed one. I sat down and she said they were very busy but she called me over like I was a nuisance. Then as soon as I sat down she said "YOU KNOW WE ARE CASH ONLY" Then she kept saying LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD. At that point I just wanted to leave. I tried making conversation but she refused and started talking to another customer about "Game of thrones" . It seems like this place is geared towards a certain type of clientele. If you want a decent haircut and like being ABUSED by not very attractive woman this is the place for you.read more

Haircut was decent, but I actually had to sit and listen to a conversation between who I think was the owner and some scumbag, entitled, poor excuse for a father and man as they literally talked about how much they hated a kid with a disability! How annoying he was, how much—in their words—they HATED him and his mom. Unbelievable.read more

I have been here atleast 3 or 4 times. The price is cheap but you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a good haircut. This is a very nice Barbershop. Ashley, Amy and the rest of ladies are very friendly, and always give a great haircut.Most haircuts are by appointment however I have seen walk-ins. Patron seem to be mostly men and some kids also, the girls are great with the kids. Men pay $15 plus tip, kids are less and I believe college students get a special deal also. You can't beat the quality the price and the friendly staff !read more
