Clinton Street Barber Shop is a family owned and operated barber shop serving the historic Brooklyn Heights and surrounding neighborhoods. They specialize in men's haircuts, straight-razor shaves, and beard trimming, with a hot towel treatment included with every haircut. They even do haircuts for women and children, along with manicures for men and women. Walk-in only, but it moves fast and waits aren't long.

Hello,Just visited this place for the first time. I ABSOLUTELY loved the service, the atmosphere, and the conversation, the nice cold beer was just the icing on the cake. On a more contemporary note, the staff were stringent on their mask policy. They even have masks for customers to wear in order to ensure you still get a great cut. Moreover, the entire shoppe was clean, sanitized and well ventilated. I have had haircuts all over this city, I could not recommend this place more. If you want a great cut, great service, with a classic barber feel in a clean, sanitized, and covid-law abiding business this is the place for you.Thanks for the haircut!!read more

Update: Just went here again a couple weeks ago and again this place amazed me. They kept everyone 6 feet apart, made sure everyone wore masks and still gave a fantastic cut. If you're looking for an extremely clean place to get an extremely great haircut, come here!Absolutely amazing barbershop. These barbers are masters of their craft. They know my hair better than I do. They’ll give you an A+ haircut and some brandy too. I only wish my hair grew faster so I could come here more often.read more

Always a great experience getting a haircut with Eddy! He always gives me a perfect fade and cuts my hair without any fault. Super affordable and friendly staff. Also, they've made a lot of great safety additions (everyone wears masks, plastic screens between chairs) that makes my haircut experience comforting each time I go.read more

We recently moved to the area and I found this place for my fiancé when looking for a barber online. He is very particular about his hair and he was thrilled with his haircut. Eddie gave me a beard shave and trim and it was a transformative experience. It was clear from the care and time he put in that he is a man who really takes pride in his craft. Loved the work he did and particularly the trim he did on my mustache, made it look better than it ever has. Eddie's great to give you exactly what you want or, if you're like me, want to put yourself in his hands he's going to have you leaving looking clean and dapper. My first time here. At 91 years, I've had many haircuts, and this haircut was as good as it gets. With COVID-19 around, I've been sluggish getting haircuts and had lots of hair. After I gave general directions, the barber knew just what to do, and his haircut was even better than I described. Then, after I payed the bill, the boss asked me to remove my face mask, and followed up with a mouth and under the chin haircut far better than my Schick razor ever does. This is the tops.read more

Nice people but due to a language barrier, my hair was not cut in the way I asked it to be. We generally had a hard time communicating throughout. In the end, it was still a good haircut, just a bit shorter than intended.read more

Not my go-to barber shop, but I went because it was the closest to my doc and I didn't want to take the trip. Also saw the positive reviews and thought, why not? I asked for a high-skin fade with eye brow shape up and they did a really good job! The waiting time was short and the cut was maybe 30 mins. I recommend!read more
