Honestly, I haven't gotten such a good haircut in a long time! Not just because of the pandemic, but even before the barbers I used to go to didn't seem to "get" my hair.Victor was my barber and he really did a thorough job at cutting my hair. He let me experiment with different fade lengths, going from a bit longer to shorter, which def added an extra 10-15 minutes to the otherwise 30 minute haircut.I have nothing but positive thoughts on this business and I hope that we can keep this shop afloat together through such rough times!read more

Going to a new barber for the first time can be scary, but Jake gave me a great cut. You could tell from the jump he was a pro and knew exactly what he was doing. Masks stayed on the whole time, barbers wore gloves — clean, bright joint. Highly recommended.read more

These guys have been giving me great haircuts for about a year now. They're friendly, work quickly and skillfully, and their prices are reasonable for what I'd expect. They're my go-to for cuts in the area and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a cut.read more

Absolutely love this barber shop! It was my first time going and they treated me like I've been going for years. They're very professional, on time, clean, and COVID responsible. The environment in the shop was one of the best I've been in. Everyone is like family. Went for a Walk-in at Benny’s today and had my haircut by one of their newest barber’s Carmelo. It was fantastic. Not only does cutting hair run in the family but he’s been cutting hair across the tri-state for the past 20 years and it shows. I went in trying to find a new style and he gave me exactly what I wanted. Not only is Benny a park slope legend but he now has another expert on his staff. Never getting my haircut anywhere else.read more

Very quick to make an appointment, and Victor was my assigned barber. Upon arrival though, he had Olga work on me instead because of her experience with long hair. I get massive anxiety when getting haircuts, but I really needn't have worried; Olga is immensely skilled and experienced, and gave a fantastic haircut. She was very careful to always make sure I was happy with the progress made, and at the end she even suggested a hair creme, which I've never used before but it's something I'm gonna seriously consider for the future. There was a real chill vibe, and what better way to end a haircut than with some whiskey? Overall, fantastic, and I know Iwon't be worried about a haircut again if she's cutting my hair.read more

Walked in with two 11 year old boys for haircuts. Good cuts ($30 each), very friendly service, and they let my dog come on. NBA on the TV and they gave me a drink while I waited. Would go back.

Overall great, professional service at affordable prices. I did a "walk-in" and was promptly attended by a nice lady (I'm usually skeptic about getting my hair and beard cut by a female, but she did a great job). Very happy with my haircut!Last but not least, I got back home and noticed I had left a pair of $200 Oakley sunglasses behind. I went back to the barbershop, and thankfully they were holding them for me, and they did NOT get lost. EXTRA STARS for this!!Highly recommend this place.read more

I’ve been searching for a new barber and after a few bad experiences at other barbershops I made an appt at Benny’s.I was assigned Eddy and he did a fantastic job! He’s a true master of his craft and really nice dude as well. Got my haircut & beard trimmed and the result is perfect.Looks like I’ve found my go-to barber. I’ve been to Benny’s three times now and have always had fantastic experiences. Jake has taken care of me each time and my hair and beard have never looked better. Getting a hot towel straight razor shave is always nice, and it’s executed very well at Benny’s. The atmosphere is very friendly and they always offer you a drink from their bar. Easy to make an appointment online and I highly recommend it. Made an appointment with Jake who I have seen there a few times.My cut was so professional - we spent several minutes going over pictures and Jake described various terminology for me to make sure I was able to articulate what I wanted and how I wanted my hair to look.He took his time cutting my hair and checked with me throughout the cut about how it looked and I felt. Nice hot towel to finish it off. I will definitely be coming back here - I think I finally found a barber I can rely on in Brooklyn!read more

Wow,if you're in the neighborhood like I was and need a haircut. This is the place to stop into. I was nervous but Jake made me feel at home. Even asked one of his appointments to let me go in front of him and still took care of me when I needed. And the haircut turned out great. Great experience and cut for my medium-length, side-parted hair. Had been looking for a new barber after my long time guy got out of the business. Jake was extremely skilled and friendly.
