I had been reluctant to go to a barber since my wife is capable of cutting hair and I never have any complaints when she cuts it.I went to Who's Next impulsively one Friday afternoon and was able to be seated immediately. I then received the first haircut of my life that wasn't done in 10 minutes. The result was sharp and stylish and when I got home, my wife was completely floored by how good it looked.I'll definitely be coming back.read more

I’ve been taking my boys to this shop since I moved to Lancaster form New York and all I say the boys love will the barber but the other barbers especially serge have no regards for kids they cuss and play vulgar songs the entire time.. I’ll be looking for a different shop soonread more

I love the vibes and the organization of the whole barber shop the way that everyone gets along and no matter what type of day anyone is having will def walk out of who’s next with a great big smile , I love who’s next !! For those that follow my posts know I am all about customer service. From the greeting to the "thank you come again", I allow the business to write their own review....I simply put down in words the experience they created. I couldn't be more impressed with this barber shop. From the phone etiquette when making the appointment to the final "here's my card. let me know if I can help you again" the professionals impressed me not only in their talent as I took notice of the different cuts being performed, but the way they interacted with the client as well as each other. As much as I needed the cut (Pop said "dude thats a lot of hair" ha ha) I appreciate even more the experience. Without even realizing, I had "self quarantined" for almost 2 months because every news source was warning "be careful of what's out there" but I forgot to remind myself to seek out and focus on the people and the experiences that continue to bring joy while finishing up my perfectly blended bald fade! Service was good overall but my only complaint is that as a walk-in I paid $35 dollars for a cut which is a bit high but I do understand that you do pay for quality and I can say that it's top notch at this establishmentread more

For me, . A barber’s initial cut determines if I have to remain alert and supervise or can I take this rate time and disconnect. Within seconds my eyes were closed as I knew Steven G was a seasoned pro. His 16 years experience is reflected in the cut but his commitment to customer service represents talent that cannot be taught. I left 45 minutes later with gratitude for a professional cut but also for the mental reset provided while he worked.My only criticism….. as someone who lives alone and works from home that has random video checks to ensure I have no distractions, the atmosphere was very loud. From the large LED speaker to a lot of yelling, it is way outside my comfort zone. Luckily I was able to tune it out and relax. Before booking at this location again, that is a factor I consider. I typically go around noon and this was later in the evening which could attribute to the change of scenery.read more

Will did an amazing job on my son Kenny’s hair today! Everyone at the salon was welcoming and kind. Will took his time and made my son feel important and made him look like a million dollars. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. The owner who’s name I did catch was also very nice and from what I saw did an amazing job as well on the client he had.I definitely will be returning soonread more
