I have to say this has to be one of the best barbers I have ever been to. My son is autistic and has had issues getting a haircut before. But Wilson took his time and explained everything he was going to do to my son. It made a world of difference he took his time and you could tell the care he had in his work to make my son comfortable. This place is somewhere where I will be taking my son for a long time to come. And I myself had a great experience. I can’t say enough about this place. The guys there are truly amazing.read more

I get my haircut here every other week like clockwork for 2 years now. Garen is a first class barber/stylist. He’s always very prompt in keeping the appointment time. The shop is absolutely immaculately kept and organized. The team there is always professional regardless of who’s chair you’re sitting in. They cater to every type of cut, style and age. I think most people are looking for consistency in a barbershop and The Grooming Cove is consistently awesome.read more

Big shout out to Wilson at The Grooming Cove for the great haircuts. We have been searching for a barber for the boys and happy we found them online. Love this barbershop! Izzy C. is a wizard with a pair of clippers!! A true expert in her craft. She wields those scissors with confidence and makes sure that YOU are feeling confident when you leave that place. Everything is clean and tidy. Everyone is timely. And they use an app service to make things a million times easier instead of having to call in to make appointments. Jacob has the best cuts! I’m a weekly customer. I think that says a lot.read more

The grooming cove is a wonderful barbershop. The aesthetic of the shop is beautiful and it is very clean. All of the barbers are very friendly and welcoming and the owner is a really nice guy. I get my cuts from Emir, who I refer to as the flyest barber in NJ. Emir gives me the best cuts I've ever gotten in my life. He completely changes my life every time I sit in that chair. From giving me the meanest shape up to completely transforming my beard, I feel like a million bucks when I get off the chair. He's also very kind, attentive, and personable. As long as grooming cove is open (hopefully forever),I'll never get a cut anywhere else ever again. Thank you for your remarkable service!read more

Garen was recommended to me by a friend and owner of The Grooming Cove. My friend told me Garen doesn’t disappoint which is the best way to describe Garen. Garen not only cuts my hair, but he also does an awesome job with both my boys. Both my kids are on the spectrum. My older son has sensory issues, but Garen again just does a phenomenal job with both boys. Not only is Garen patient and accommodating, he also comes up with his own ideas base on his experience. Garen is simply a great person with a good heart, and very knowledgeable in his field.read more

New to Hasbrouck Heights and found The Grooming Cove. Their scheduling through the app is seamless and sends reminder notification of upcoming appts. Gabriel is a master with the clippers and blades. He’s attentive, patient, and skilled at what he does. I always leave his chair knowing I have a quality haircut. I highly recommend this shop and scheduling with Gabe!read more

After reading the reviews for The Grooming Cove, I decided to check them out today, so I went for a haircut and beard grooming at their Hasbrouck Heights location. They only had one opening left for the day, so thankfully they were able to squeeze me in :) I must say, this place is amazing! Mike and Garen were totally cool, they had great music playing, and Mike did a great job on my hair. This is my new spot! I highly recommend checking them out. It's obvious it's more than cutting hair to them, they truly care about their craft, like artists. Seriously, check them out... I'd give them 10 stars if I could.read more
