This is our spot for our son . Our barber spent 30 minutes on my 8 year old! He had a great conversation with him and he loved the experience. They have a game room in the basement with a pool table , definitely a good choice for a clean cut. Highly recommended!read more

The whole experience at the Barber's Den is fantastic - walk in, grab a beer, whiskey, coffee, or water. The barbers are top notch - even though I'm a longtime client, this new location is clean, comfortable, parking is easy, and I literally drive across the city because the haircut is PERFECT.I tried six or seven different barbers looking for someone who could do my high, tight fade the way I like it. The word that describes this place is Exceptional...The location, atmosphere, and amenities are top of the line. But what matters most is the reason your going; the haircut.TA is truly an aficionado about his craft. He manages his time to thoroughly listen to what you want, offers any suggestions, and keeps you informed during the entire cut. We all know how hard it is finding the perfect barber for your individual style. I was quite surprised walking in to see how clean the shop was. The sleek black and white help with making the shop look sharp. From the leather sofas to the bourbon, The Barbers Den is quite inviting regardless who's chopping at your locks. Nothing better than walking into inviting and friendly faces. I wont go anywhere else.read more

I had difficulties finding a reliable and consistent barber when I first moved to Philly over a year ago. Luckily, I stumbled upon this barber shop and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Ta always provides a solid haircut and great customer service and I believe the other barbers there are the same. The shop itself is always clean and has a nice, clean, and modern design. The price is extremely fair when you take into consideration the quality of the haircut. If anyone is looking for a reliable barber, I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with one of the barbers here.read more

Really solid cut from Michael. I stumbled upon this place last minute as I really needed a haircut for a funeral service and every place in the city was booked/backed up.I took a chance on this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint.I was feeling a little down and not to talkative. Michael was an absolute professional and not only did a great job with the cut, but let me sit there and didn't try to force conversation, but rather enjoy the queit. Only shop I’ll get my cut at in the city. They are always on time and very efficient for getting you in and out. Jacob gives incredible fades and I always book with him. Amazing Barbers all the way around at The Barbers Den. Brennen does a great job with my hair and gives a great conversation. I have been here numerous times and every single time I have had nothing but a phenomenal experience. They are extremely welcoming and inviting the second you walk in the door, and they offer a complimentary drink with your service. Brennen, Dejaye, Jacob and Ta are all capable of doing exactly what you ask any way that you ask it. The shop is really dope, very modern and kept up with. This is the best spot to get a haircut of any sort. They give the best fades in the area by a long shot and I will be continuing to go here for a long long time regardless of what anyone else says. Any bad review you see on this place is purely at the fault of miscommunication to some sort. Go and look at these guys on Instagram, look at the specific barbers portfolio before you go in and get your haircut. You won’t be disappointed, because pictures don’t lie!!!read more

I was in town for work and needed a hair cut badly. After searching through barber shop reviews near the Marriott in Old City where I was staying, I settled on The Barber’s Den. I booked an appt with Brennan, who has been cutting hair for several years. The place was full with 3 total barbers. My haircut and beard trim took about 35 mins of the 1 hour that was booked. Lots of happy dudes bantering back and forth, beer or liquor if you want it, and most importantly, a really really good quality hair cut. This place is a home run! Highly recommend.read more

My barber moved to this location from one by my house, and I’m glad I followed him here. Nitty (Nathaniel) cuts me nice everytime, has deep convos with me if I’m tryna, or just lets me chill while he’s cutting. He will cut my hair how I ask, but will also make recommendations which is incredibly helpful. Will continue to make the trip to get cut by him. sweet spot too.read more
