The name should tell you of the quality of this place, but if it doesn't, then imagine the equivalent of Stephen Curry, Robert Horry, Glenn Rice, Reggie Miller and Larry Bird...with clippers in their hands. Very clean and pleasant environment. CJ was excellent dealing with my son, which was my son's first time ever going to a barber. Will definitely recommend and the online appt setting was really easy.

I recently relocated to Brigantine island and I needed a haircut ASAP before going to dinner. I called around town with no luck. I extended my search to Absecon and Pleasantville and I was pleasantly surprised to discover this local clip joint. I made my appointment over the phone and they told me to ask for Ice when I arrived. He was friendly as everyone else was in the establishment and I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. The haircut I received was above par and Ice guaranteed I would pull in all the women. I said that’s great , just don’t tell my wife. Lol. I wholeheartedly recommend Ice and the rest of the crew. Great job and easy to find. I hear they have an app that I’m going to use for my next appointment. Cheers!read more

First off let me say I can’t give enough stars! I damaged my hair and I more or less don’t like to let anyone cut or dye my hair. After some heavy damage I had no choice but to start new. I called the shop and was answered by a very understanding response after explaining what I did.I was given a time to come in. When I came in I was greeted like I had been there before. I was even offered a refreshment while I waited. (I did arrive early) The atmosphere was very inviting and helped ease my nerves. Needless to say not only was the treatment amazing the results was even better.I was nervous to apply any more product since I had already damaged my hair and feared what was left after the cut would ultimately be affected too! I was reassured it would be ok. So I chose to go ahead with some coloring along with my cut. An I’m glad I listened because I left out feeling like an entirely new person. I most definitely will be returning for upkeep and maybe even some new color when this fades. Thanks again to CJ!Footnote:If you are a female looking to go short or to shape up and design what you already have! Don’t hesitate to go! While there I watched others get designs added and was very impressed! By far my best experience!!!read more

Best barber in South Jersey in my opinion. If you want a nice fade, this is the spot. CJ is the best. Designs, color, whatever you want. Easy to schedule appointments online or drop in. 10 cuts gets you a free one. Bring a friend for $35 extra.read more

I have been going to CJ since moving to the area a few years ago, I must say the environment of the shop is the epitome of what a local hometown barber shop should strive for. Amazing appointment system, cashless payments made easy and conversation that will last a lifetime. This shop is not only clean and welcoming it is by far the best in the area.
