Philly Cuts is positive and comfortable environment for a haircut. Very accessible barber shop thats opens early everyday (7am) with multiple chairs available. In addition to barbers, they have stylists and nail/eyelash artists.

Came in from Boston with my two sons 13 and 15, and they got the best haircuts of their lives. I would definitely recommend them. There was a great feel and good energy to the place.

If u go I recommend Khabir. His cuts are thorough and he gets in a zoned when he shapes up. Definitely worth it.

I really loved the service i recieved. My son is special needs and the barbershop was pretty busy, but they accomdated him and serviced him within 5 mins. No one stared at him or treated him less then. I truly appreciated that, beca3ive experienced that at other barbershops. In addition, something that really touched me was when the owner or manager (I assume) came in and greeted EVERY SINGLE PERSON individually...even my son, and i don't think he even knew my son was special needs. I was sold!!!! My search for a reliable barber with a comfortable atmosphere is over....we're here to stay! Thank you Philly Cuts!!!!read more

I have been bringing my son here for awhile and I truly like this place. My son loves getting his haircut. T makes my son feel very special when he cuts his hair. Just observing the atmosphere of the shop I see that these guys are not just their clients barbers. I made the right decision to bring my son here. I am sure Nevan will grow up in T's chair as long as he's there.read more

The barber was polite,very patient with my grandsons shapeup. We also went upstairs to Chanae she did a excellent job twisting my grandsons hair. I'm going to go there to get my hair twisted.

Went in when there were no customers, was toldI needed to make an appointment, they still gave me a rushed haircut and it didn’t end up that great. I’m not sure they’re used to handling Hispanic hair. The shape up on the sides and back of the head were on point though.read more

Best black-owned barbershop in Philly. Expect thought-provoking barbershop banter and a clean cut. You get exactly what you ask for. When you go ask for Black, that my barber. Overall, great service, there’s a public bathroom and wait times aren’t too bad, great experience.read more

I have been getting my cut with Maurice for years now. Always reliable, considerate of your time and will have you looking right once you leave the shop. I spent several years looking for a barber that would make me feel comfortable and not have me walking out of their chair with several nicks and scratches from their blades and clippers. After my appointments with Maurice, I’ve been able to continue with my day with a fresh cut and skin free of any irritation. He’s the 2nd chair upon entry of the shop. Today I had the absolute pleasure of getting groomed by "Sync the bowtie barber". Let me start off by saying I've been to alot of barbershops in Philadelphia but never came into one that was open as early as 6AM and very clean and inviting. The music was soft, the temperature was nice. Besides the haircut, style, and convo with a professional barber with a wealth full of knowledge. Sync gave me a hot towel service infused with aromatic oils and a stimulating scalp massage. Free of charge. He does it with EVERY service. I was blown away. I got up from the nice supple leather chair feeling like a million bucks. You've got a client for life. I will tell all of the guys at work about Mr. Sync the Bowtie Barber.
