Worth the extra money for getting a haircut here. Took my teenage son, he loved it. Definitely has the man cave atmosphere going on, but was extremely welcomed as a mom- I got coffee as I waited. Make sure you have an appointment, walk-ins are hard to accommodate, especially on the weekend.read more

I go to the Perkasie location, there are a great bunch of guys working there that give great haircuts. Brandon is awesome and Shane is terrific with my son. We love going there, it's like our guy's night out and we even get there a little early so I can enjoy a beer and my son can have a root beer. Word of advice, if you are happy with your barber get on a schedule, it is much easier for everyone .read more

Great barber shop. This is NOT a hipster, frufru hair salon for men. It is a BARBER SHOP that you have to make an appointment for!I have been to both the Sellersville and Perkasie locations. Both have a nice atmosphere and good barbers. I was thrown off at first with having to make an appointment, but they really are that busy and it's nice to make one and not have to worry about showing up and having a line.read more

I have always had a good experience at the modern male Barber Shop. I've been having my haircut there for years and I have not had a bad cut yet. In fact oh, they know my hair they know how to cut my hair so that I got a good amount of time out of a haircut. Excellent place to get a good quality haircut for a man. Ray is a phenomenal barber. The prices are a little higher that I'm used to paying but I enjoy the environment and also the chit chat while waiting or getting a haircut. I have not tried any of the other services yet but the haircuts have been on point. Highly recommend you visit any of their locations. They also highly involved in the community and with charitable programs.read more

Okay guys this place is phenomenal for the expertise with the Haircutters that work in their locations. I see a young man named Eric who is now in the Perkasie location. He was kind enough to carefully remove a 15 inch ponytail that I was donating to wigs for kids. For the money, the decor, the friendliness, hair supplies, the level of expertise you cannot go wrong. I've been there several times and just made another appointment.If you want a good grooming of your hair, mustache, beard or just want a shave definitely check them out.read more

The best! I’ve been going to modern male for about 8 years now and have never had a less-than-5-star experience. Not only do they give great haircuts, it’s very clear that they place an emphasis on the quality of the customer’s experience (serving free beverages, coffee, hot towels, etc.). Vinni has been my barber for every cut for about five or six years now, and I have never left the shop feeling anything less than overjoyed (about both my haircut and the conversations we had).Won’t go anywhere else!read more

While it has the word "modern" in the name, the shop is set up with antique barbershop fixtures. This is a throwback, not a modern unisex shop. Foam and straightrazors are still used. My haircut was well done. I was at the Perkasie shop. Perkasie is a great little town.read more

First they must attend the Modern Male school for barbers and then once good enough they are usually placed in one of their 4 or 5 shop with I'm certain of more to come. Amazing barber shop! The spaciousness allowed for social distancing in the shop, and the area was clean and tidy thanks to the young men who assist the barbers. I've been going to Modern Male for a few years now. Drew Kratz is my go to guy and he's phenomenal. He's always upbeat and very professional. He's a master at his craft and I can always count on him to give me a great haircut. I've started taking my 2 year old son to him as well. He's great with kids and has patience in cutting his hair. I have been frequent to the shop for many years now. Went through a couple different barbers who have left but have since found drew to be an excellent choice for my cuts! Not only is he a great Barber but he has become a great friend. He is very flexible on his schedule that more than likely never has any openings. Today, 8/6/21, I took my 91yr old grandfather to get his hair done at Modern Male in Perkasie. He is new to the area and missed going to a barbershop. First place I thought of was Modern Male, so I went online and made an appointment. The barber that my grandfather had was a great guy named Paul J. TLDR: Anthony was really great. I’d go back.You should get an appointment before going. I went for the first time as a walk-in. Luckily, they were able to see me after 20 minutes. I rarely talk during my haircuts but Anthony was very friendly. I ended up having a pretty good time in there. Warm towel, they blow-dried my hair, added some hair product. Never had a barber shop add all that before.My haircut wasn’t 100% what I was looking for but, I came with a mess of a head after not getting a proper haircut for a few months. My girlfriend really liked my hair cut so it grew on me shortly after. Looking forward to my next visitread more
