I've been going here for about 2 years Alex use to cut my hair but he's no longer there.I tried using Doris and was happily surprised the hair cut I received from Doris she took her time with a scissor cut and it was the best hair cut I've ever gotten.For many years while working in Manhattan I paid $75 for a hair cut at John Allen and this last hair cut I received from Doris surpassed previous cuts.Keep up the good work Doris!!read more

The barbershop location is great & has a parking lot around the corner. The staff greats you as soon as you walk in and informs you on how to sign in. My barber Hector V is always ready at the time of my appointment and gives me a beautiful haircut every time. I am never unsatisfied. He makes sure my hair is exactly how I want it with no shortcuts. I started going to High End Barbershop about a year and a half ago. No awkward vibe when you enter, you will be greeted immediately and your needs will be met. Appointment is recommended because they have a lot of action in the area. Hector V has taken care of me since day 1. Great conversation, great guy, always goes above and beyond to meet my scheduling and comfort. Best salon in the area , if you are looking for a one stop shop I was able to get a manicure and pedicure once my haircut was complete. It really defines a great self care experience , even if you are a first timer, no worries you’ll be fine once you enter the lobby! After the Covid quarantine I was in desperate need of a haircut. I decided to look for a new barber. That is never an easy task. After finding high end on Instagram as well as receiving a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give it a try. Making an appointment online was very easy. I arrived from my 1130 appointment on opening day on June 22. Although there were people waiting outside I was taken right away after I checked in. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. We've been going to High End Barbershop in Morristown for my boy's cuts for a while. I have a child that is famous for having epic thick hair and we've had our share of terrible children's cuts. Robbie O at High End is a magician and we've always had a good experience there. We went back today. I am quite careful with covid restrictions as I try to keep us, my mom, and our tiny social pod safe. I was very happy with our experience today. Everyone was fully compliant with masks - clients and staff wore them properly at all times. We went at 5:00 and they had less than 50% capacity (we made appointments ahead of time). They had temp checks and hand sanitizer upon entry. There were chairs to wait outside. They were super professional and as always we walked away with great cuts. Kids cut is $25 which is well worth it.read more

Great experience at this barbershop. My barber was Dave, and he was really professional. The barber to the left was also very professional and welcoming. I was nervous trying a new barber, but I just moved to NJ. That said, I had no choice. I received a good hair cut and even found out where to order yeezys. Just ordered two pair today lol. I will more than likely be coming back. My appointment was at 630pm, and I only waited about ten minutes as he was finishing up with a client.read more

3rd time visiting and getting my cut here; All of the barbers are very nice and very detailed with the cleanliness.You pay premium price but the service delivered fully merits the price. I got hair cut twice with Kat, and she is nice and I wanted to get my typical usual haircut but she suggested something different due to the way my hair grows and moves. Love the suggestion and the hair cut turned out amazing.I’m typically quiet person when it comes to hair cut just to let the professional have their concentration but also I’m just quiet usually. I feel bad I’m like that kind of quiet person when it comes to these but she’s wonderful person who will try to get to know you a bit.High recommend them, great dynamic between each barber other and I feel like there’s something funny going on.read more

When I had my appointment with Joel yesterday, he was surprised when I told him that I drove to the shop from an hour away just to have him detail my beard. Trust me, it is worth it. He’s a master of his craft and it shows in his work. Joel takes his time, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about how his clients look when they get up from his chair. In my experience a lot of barbers don’t put forth their best effort with beard trims, but with him that is not the case at all. Can’t recommend Joel highly enough!read more

It's always a worthwhile experience coming to the High End Barbershop, but no one beats Doris. She has given me some of the best haircuts of my life. She is a great conversationalist who gets the ebb and flow of barbershop talk. She has great guest services skills with the talented hands and vision of an artist. Great barber shop in the middle of downtown Morristown. Ever since Chris gave me the perfect haircut for my wedding, my lady insists I get all my cuts from him. He has given me all kinds of cuts from skin fades to longer hair cleanups and I always look my best walking out of there. It’s very impressive inside, well worth the experience. I got my hair cut here for the first time and I am utterly pleased with the experience. I made the appointment online with ease and after reading other reviews, I decided to book my appointment with Doris. Doris did a phenomenal job cutting my hair. She was attentive, professional, confident in her skills and simply a pleasant human being. I get my hair cut with a short fade on the sides to a bit longer on the top, and have found other stylists often have issues blending the fade on the sides as my hair is pretty dense, so any bit of imperfections will stand out. Doris delivered on my hair cut with absolutely no issues - clean fades and great blending. The store was clean, and has a great modern yet traditional, old-time barbershop vibe to it. The staff is very friendly and they all seem to enjoy working there. The prices are appropriately valued for the quality of service you receive. Just moved so I was looking for a well priced but good quality barber (they’re cheaper than salons and I keep my hair short/buzzed and barbers are generally way better at shorter cuts like that) and this place absolutely delivered!! Prices were great for a store in the center of the city and they let you choose your stylist and gave a general length of service time for each as well as the cost (varies between different stylists based on expertise). I got Avi and he’s given me the best cut I’ve had in ages. He was polite and kind and listened to my requests. Absolutely loved the decor as well. The staff was professional yet friendly and you could tell they knew what they were doing and that you’d be in good hands. Highly recommend!read more

It was a mediocre experience in what felt like a frat house.The hair cut was just ok, but not what I asked for. Specifically, the person cutting my hair asked if I wanted the back one way or another. I specified how I wanted it and they cut it the other way. Also, the price list spelled out things I did not receive such as a hot lather neck razor.Beyond that, my biggest takeaway was that it felt like I was getting my hair cut in a frat house. The interactions between the staff were boaderline and just not where I want to be. The website uses the word professional a lot. And while they maybe capable, they don't feel professional.This may be what they're going for and I'm not their target demo - Late 30's male. Who knows.I don't plan on returning.read more
