I've been going here for about 2 years Alex use to cut my hair but he's no longer there.I tried using Doris and was happily surprised the hair cut I received from Doris she took her time with a scissor cut and it was the best hair cut I've ever gotten.For many years while working in Manhattan I paid $75 for a hair cut at John Allen and this last hair cut I received from Doris surpassed previous cuts.Keep up the good work Doris!!read more

The barbershop location is great & has a parking lot around the corner. The staff greats you as soon as you walk in and informs you on how to sign in. My barber Hector V is always ready at the time of my appointment and gives me a beautiful haircut every time. I am never unsatisfied. He makes sure my hair is exactly how I want it with no shortcuts. I started going to High End Barbershop about a year and a half ago. No awkward vibe when you enter, you will be greeted immediately and your needs will be met. Appointment is recommended because they have a lot of action in the area. Hector V has taken care of me since day 1. Great conversation, great guy, always goes above and beyond to meet my scheduling and comfort. Best salon in the area , if you are looking for a one stop shop I was able to get a manicure and pedicure once my haircut was complete. It really defines a great self care experience , even if you are a first timer, no worries you’ll be fine once you enter the lobby! After the Covid quarantine I was in desperate need of a haircut. I decided to look for a new barber. That is never an easy task. After finding high end on Instagram as well as receiving a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give it a try. Making an appointment online was very easy. I arrived from my 1130 appointment on opening day on June 22. Although there were people waiting outside I was taken right away after I checked in. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. We've been going to High End Barbershop in Morristown for my boy's cuts for a while. I have a child that is famous for having epic thick hair and we've had our share of terrible children's cuts. Robbie O at High End is a magician and we've always had a good experience there. We went back today. I am quite careful with covid restrictions as I try to keep us, my mom, and our tiny social pod safe. I was very happy with our experience today. Everyone was fully compliant with masks - clients and staff wore them properly at all times. We went at 5:00 and they had less than 50% capacity (we made appointments ahead of time). They had temp checks and hand sanitizer upon entry. There were chairs to wait outside. They were super professional and as always we walked away with great cuts. Kids cut is $25 which is well worth it.read more

Great experience at this barbershop. My barber was Dave, and he was really professional. The barber to the left was also very professional and welcoming. I was nervous trying a new barber, but I just moved to NJ. That said, I had no choice. I received a good hair cut and even found out where to order yeezys. Just ordered two pair today lol. I will more than likely be coming back. My appointment was at 630pm, and I only waited about ten minutes as he was finishing up with a client.read more

I got hair cut twice with Kat, and she is nice and I wanted to get my typical usual haircut but she suggested something different due to the way my hair grows and moves. Love the suggestion and the hair cut turned out amazing.I’m typically quiet person when it comes to hair cut just to let the professional have their concentration but also I’m just quiet usually. When I had my appointment with Joel yesterday, he was surprised when I told him that I drove to the shop from an hour away just to have him detail my beard. Trust me, it is worth it. He’s a master of his craft and it shows in his work. Joel takes his time, pays attention to detail, and truly cares about how his clients look when they get up from his chair. In my experience a lot of barbers don’t put forth their best effort with beard trims, but with him that is not the case at all. Can’t recommend Joel highly enough!read more

Great barber shop in the middle of downtown Morristown. Ever since Chris gave me the perfect haircut for my wedding, my lady insists I get all my cuts from him. I got my hair cut here for the first time and I am utterly pleased with the experience. I made the appointment online with ease and after reading other reviews, I decided to book my appointment with Doris. Doris did a phenomenal job cutting my hair. She was attentive, professional, confident in her skills and simply a pleasant human being. I get my hair cut with a short fade on the sides to a bit longer on the top, and have found other stylists often have issues blending the fade on the sides as my hair is pretty dense, so any bit of imperfections will stand out. Doris delivered on my hair cut with absolutely no issues - clean fades and great blending. The store was clean, and has a great modern yet traditional, old-time barbershop vibe to it. The staff is very friendly and they all seem to enjoy working there. The prices are appropriately valued for the quality of service you receive. Just moved so I was looking for a well priced but good quality barber (they’re cheaper than salons and I keep my hair short/buzzed and barbers are generally way better at shorter cuts like that) and this place absolutely delivered!! Prices were great for a store in the center of the city and they let you choose your stylist and gave a general length of service time for each as well as the cost (varies between different stylists based on expertise). I got Avi and he’s given me the best cut I’ve had in ages. He was polite and kind and listened to my requests. Absolutely loved the decor as well. The staff was professional yet friendly and you could tell they knew what they were doing and that you’d be in good hands. Highly recommend!read more

It was a mediocre experience in what felt like a frat house.The hair cut was just ok, but not what I asked for. Specifically, the person cutting my hair asked if I wanted the back one way or another. I specified how I wanted it and they cut it the other way. Also, the price list spelled out things I did not receive such as a hot lather neck razor.Beyond that, my biggest takeaway was that it felt like I was getting my hair cut in a frat house. The interactions between the staff were boaderline and just not where I want to be. The website uses the word professional a lot. And while they maybe capable, they don't feel professional.This may be what they're going for and I'm not their target demo - Late 30's male. Who knows.I don't plan on returning.read more

I usually shave my own head and trim my own beard but I made an appointment with Doris because I’ve see her work on another bald and bearded gentleman. Plus it’s nice to not have to do it yourself all the time. Let me tell you she’s the best. Very friendly and listens to what you want her to do. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my beard and she nailed it. Hot towel on my head and face, warm shaving cream and brief face massage while the towel was doing it’s job. Took 45-60 minutes and got exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back to see her again.read more

All the barbers are incredibly talented but If you are like me and prefer to have your hair cut with scissors very precisely, make a request to have Darla cut your hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else because of Joel. He is a master barber and has never done me wrong. I have very thin hair and an awkward hairline, but I walk out of there looking amazing. It feels so good to get a hair cut, and feel like a million dollars when you're not working with much up top! 😂 The shop is great, the staff is kind, and I've never had an issue.The only issue... is the seating area. It's hard as a rock and you can't sit back because the molding is in the middle of the back support, so it digs into your back, and you have to sit like an awkward mannequin with bad posture. You end up sitting forward with an arched back and your head in your phone praying for your barber to be done early.Still 5 stars. Worth every penny.read more

Absolutely the Best Barber experience I ever had. Norma did a beard trimmed shaped and shaved and a Pedicure.All done by Norma. Her lines on my beard are straight as an arrow.Great smooth relaxing shave and Pedicure. I highly recommend Norma.I'm going back for Full Service in a few weeks.Great music playing in background. I went to High End Barbershop in Morristown, NJ today for the first time and got an excellent haircut from Doris. Let me start off by saying this place has an amazing ambiance and everyone there was super friendly. In regards to the haircut, Doris took her time and I felt like she was really listening to everything I had to say about the haircut I wanted. I showed her a couple pictures before she started and the finished product matched perfectly to what I anticipated. From someone who has had more than a dozen different barbers and was never really satisfied with most of my haircuts, I would totally recommend this place for someone who is in search of a new barbershop and looking to get their haircut done professionally. Thank you once again guys and I will definitely be back in a few weeks.read more

1st time coming to this barbershop with my 7 yr old for a haircut and Doris knocked it out of the park! She came to us when we entered 10 min early and introduced herself to my son and I and showed us to her station. Place looks very clean and everyone was polite and friendly. I like to stand next to my son to make him more comfortable- and Doris did not have a problem with that … some barbers think “I’m watching them” … that’s not the case … it’s just for my son.. I can’t recommend Doris enough- I was impressed with her professionalism and politeness. We will be back to HER.read more

I started getting my hair cut much shorter. I found Leo has both the skills as a barber and stylist so I always look great. My haircut remains looking good for weeks afterwards.

Norma has been cutting my hair for 3 years now and I’m incredibly lucky to have found her. I no longer live in morristown but I still commute to get a haircut not only because she is a great barber but a great person and friend! Would recommend any barber here but Norma is special.read more

Peter is an excellent barber! He cuts both my boys hair. He listens and does exaclty what they ask for. He also offers suggestions to improve the cut. I would highly recommend!

My husband had an appointment here with barber Chris & he can't stop raving about how good Chris did his hair. The barber was super nice & chill. Gave him the exact skin cut he's been looking for from barbers & even fixed his hair line that got messed up by previous barbers during our hunt for good barbershops. He claimed he felt like he was getting spa treatment with the gel they put on his head & the hot towel. We moved here over a year & a half ago & haven't been able to find a good or decent barber till he met Chris today, truly grateful for what he did. Thank-you Chris, will definitely be back for next haircuts to come.read more

My experience here was great! I walked out extremely satisfied. Before I came into High End Barbershop, my hair got messed up by a different barber shop. Doris was able to fix it for me. Her skills and professionalism are literally "High End." Their prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. I truly recommend it to anyone.read more

Highly professional and experienced barbershop. My barber, Chris, especially offered a sense of skill and experience that I have never experienced before when getting a haircut. Chris took every detail of my hair into account, and personally impressed me when he told me exactly how my hair behaves without being told of my own experiences with my hair beforehand. I have a great experience every time I come here. I moved out of Morristown last year, and still come to this barbershop, despite the 40 minute commute. I regularly go to Jeison, who I always trust to give me an amazing haircut, whether it be a scissor cut or a fade. He’s truly skilled at what he does and is always welcoming and professional.
