Hair Mechanix (Beach Blvd) in Jacksonville, FL is a fun, MALE-friendly place where men get what they deserve. Built by guys for guys and powered by better girls. The attentive and talented staff offer all current and vintage hairstyles. The barber shop is lined with big screen TV's and photos covering the walls, along with rock music on the speakers. Also, you can sit back and relax with a complimentary beer. Each haircut includes a wash and hot towel neck shave. Hair color and waxing services are available as well. It's certainly a man focused experience. Locations in Michigan, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

Madison gives a killer haircut, a better cut than the barber shops I've been to. She also shaped up my beard really nice. She took her time and was thrurough, you can tell she cares and wants you to look nice. The staff are very kind as well, I highly recommend it.read more

Friendly staff many options from regular cut to razor cut. Jen is the bomb!!!! I always set up my next appointment while I am there , NEVER had any problems. They are usually busy which means they are doing something right !!!!!!read more

A buddy of mine at JFRD recommended this place, and I've been trying to get in for a few months now. However, might I recommend making an appointment; every time I went up previously, they were booked out, and now I see why. I finally made an appointment, and got to work with April. Witty, great sense of humor, and she really knows how to cut some hair. It had been a little while since my last haircut, and I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do; April gave me a few suggestions, and went to work. I'm really glad I got her, because she gave me really solid advice, and the end result was excellent.All of this, combined with a really chill environment, and I'll definitely be going back . . . provided I remember to make an appointment first.read more

Great place with a variety of services to get yourself cleaned up. While I'm sure all the staff is highly skilled, I can personally recommend Dani. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking an appointment will get you in and out quickly. I am and will be a returning customer.read more

I always enjoy getting my hair cut at this place. The staff is always friendly, and the online portal to schedule an appointment (even in short notice).I like how they offer a bottle of water or beer as I wait and there is always music of some sort playing. Hair Mechanix at Beach Blvd does a stellar job of providing friendly service and quality haircuts. I've been going here primarily for hair and beard care for at least four years now. You're greeted quickly after entering and they offer up something to drink while you wait.Their barbers do a great job of making notes from prior haircuts and explaining what different barber jargon means, for those who don't speak in those technical terms.Overall, I am not surprised to see this is a growing franchise from the high-quality beard/hair care they offer. Absolutely, the best place I have been too for a men's haircut. I have had my haircut by 2 different stylists and the outcome the same...An amazing haircut from Jade, Kaitlyn I highly recommend this place and the price is no different then a great clips but the quality surpasses them all by far. Miranda took great care of me! I’m a male with long thick hair and I am very particular with whom I allow to cut it and Miranda was very focused and took her time to make sure I was comfortable with the cut and even suggested a touch up on tweak on my highlights.
