Great cut by Omar.Wish they had a few more ways to pay besides cash and Zelle. Also, I thought the $50 before tip for a beard trim and a hair cut is a bit steep in my humble. This can be the difference between getting my haircut every 10 days versus every 3 weeks.All in all the shop was spotless, filled with friendly staff. The interior had a chic masculine design aesthetic. Not run down like many of their competitors.read more

Omar is a new barber at flawless. My old barber got too busy and couldn’t never make time for me due to my work schedule. I’m usually very nervous and weary letting someone new cut my hair but Omar has been doing a OUTSTANDING job. I’m very pleased with his services. I’ve been going here for a while now and I have zero complaints. They are extremely professional and clean. It’s a wonderful family atmosphere. I normally get cuts from Omar Ali and Alex and they are absolutely great. Mind you myself and my kids have gotten cuts from almost everyone who works here and I always leave satisfied and happy. Rece the barber was the best to ever cut my son! His customer service skills are exceptional he is very pleasant, patient and kid friendly. i took my 3 year old here today as a last minute walk in after being denied 2 other places. this shop was HANDS DOWN the BEST service i’ve EVER had at ANY business! they were so professional, the atmosphere was great, and they went above and beyond for my son (who couldn’t stop smiling the whole time!) Craig was our barber, and he spoke to my son just like i’m sure he would his own. he made him feel so comfortable that the clippers (which i was worried about) didn’t even phase him! i will never take him to another place for a haircut ever again! i am just so impressed with this business, and i want to give a huge thank you to the shop and all the employees, but more importantly, to Craig for making this experience enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable- we’ll see you again soon!read more
