Diversified Cuts opened in 2011 as a two chair barbershop and has since expanded to an 13 chair shop. It has a family friendly atmosphere, where men, women, and kids are welcome. Our family loves Diversified! I highly recommend Tammy for all cut and colors! She's beyond amazing! She took her time, she is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My hair turned out fabulous! I couldn't be anymore happier! I will definitely be booking with Tammy from now on! I also highly recommend Lindsey, on the barbers side! My 7 year old son hated getting his haircut! We tried Diversified and had our first appointment with Lindsey and we've been booking with her for his haircut ever since! She is friendly, shes quick, and efficient when it comes to the kids! You can tell she's also very knowledgeable and experienced which makes for a quick and easy cut for my son! I’ve been cutting my hair myself for the past 4-5 years, normally doing a high and tight. I opted to change up my style and wanted to go with a hard part and high fade, with a chiseled beard look. I just walked in here.. and little did i expect to meet such a sweet person. Alexis was FANTASTIC, such a lovely personality and full of energy if anything i would come back just to get cut by her again. I didnt wait long at all without an appointment, the actual shop itself was so clean an well maintained, and i was greeted and asked if i needed help basically immediately. Never have I ever got my head shaved this short and actually LOVED it! The fade is great and my beard is shaped to my face perfectly...very well done and I am VERY picky with my beard. Really nice people, family oriented place, and the three stylists/barbers we’ve been to all did a good job. Three different stylists because of different family members’ hair types. We are an interracial family with all different types of hair from tight 4c curls to straight, and each of our four children with hair that falls somewhere in the middle. There are barbers there to cut all different types of mens hair, stylists to cut/color my straight, long hair. But was told there is no one there that is fully knowledgeable/trained on cutting my daughter’s long, 3b curly hair. Someone there “could” cut it and it would probably be fine, but curly hair is an art and requires a whole different technique than straight/loose wavy hair. Being called “Diversified Cuts” and wanting to represent that, I was hoping for a staff that could accommodate a fully diversified clientele. Hence the four stars instead of 5. In addition to, I do feel the prices are a bit high for being in this area and not exactly set up as a high end business. Each of us have paid the most here for all of our different hair services than anywhere else. I don’t mind paying for a GOOD hair service because they are hard to come by, but I was just honestly surprised being how they are set up and with their location. I’ve been to “fancier” locations (think nicely renovated, served wine, comfortable chairs) and paid less for my hair. All in all, it is a nice place and I would recommend it to a friend.read more

The first time I took my son here I was very satisfied . The pricing I believe is reasonable for how well they do. I have had traumatizing messed up hair cuts, in the past years, that I just chopped at my own hair for quite some time. I asked for recommendations of where to, bite the bullet, and have someone cut my hair. Diversified Cuts got the most recommendations. To add to that, Tammy got the most recommendations as far as the person to cut my hair. I wanted a short pixie cut. I went and showed pictures and we talked about each picture. Tammy was helpful with that process. I was nervous and shaking a little but Tammy is upbeat, super nice and comforting. Man can she shampoo hair very well...it felt so good and relaxing. This lady knows her profession. SHE IS PHENOMINAL!!! I cannot state that enough. She created EXACTLY what I was looking for. God bless her, I cannot thank her enough. I recommend her to the moon and back. I absolutely LOVE my pixie cut. Also, the shop is amazing and full of fun. All staff were having a great time, smiling and laughing. Anthony was so patient and kind with our toddler. It was his first time getting his hair cut with a machine and we didn't know what to expect. But Anthony's calm presence encouraged Daniel to sit through the haircut with no problems. His communication skills are excellent. Throughout the haircut, he asked us what we wanted in certain areas, and he executed perfectly. Anthony displays traits of adaptability, attention to detail, and he implemented creative solutions to achieve Daniel's haircut. Getting a toddler to stay still is not easy.
