Description
Thee Barber Room has a lot of space and therefore can offer a very comfortable waiting area with many ways to enjoy your time at the shop, besides just the haircut. There are projectors/TVs with over 200 channels and leather sectionals so you can catch a movie, watch a show or the game. They have a variety of games, including a pool table, foosball table, a dart board, PS4, arcade style games, etc. Then, of course you can get multiple grooming services, such as straight razor shaves, fades, designs, brows, waxing, and more. Appointments recommended, but you can attempt to walk-in.

September 29, 2022 at 11:30 amI had past the shop numerous times and wanted to gift my husband a day with an actual barber instead of the woman who normally cut his hair. I did set the appointments around midnight for the next day. I feel that the company should disable that feature, as the intended Barber didn’t even know he had an appointment, which means he didn’t or couldn’t check before he came to work. He was running late, as were other Barbers for other clients, which is not a good thing. Their hours say 8:00 am, however there were people inside prior to that getting hair done, maybe they are regulars, who knows? When reviewing the services online, I went through them many times to make sure I was selecting the right thing, however the Barber was annoyed and told me I didn’t select the right service. I wanted my husband to get a wash, a haircut, a hot towel shave and a black mask treatment. The hot towel description online states beard is either shaped or completely shaved with a traditional straight razor. Even when I tried to show the Barber, he continued to tell me that is for someone with a bald head, which my husband does not have. There is an actual service dedicated to bald heads. It took a long time, my husband said the Barber had to keep correcting his fades, which is fine everyone has to learn, so totally okay with that. Overall it looked really well, we skipped the hot towel shave, the Barber did clean up the sides by the ears and we skipped the black mask. The seating is super comfortable and they do play movies. I do think that as a company, when you open, your receptionist should be there, as the Barber closest to the entry way seemed annoyed that we had also booked online. Not sure we will be returning, overall the personnel seemed more burdened by a new customer than welcoming.
