So I was there yesterday to get my military haircut. I forgot to ask the name of the lady but she was old but age is just a number for her . She did her best with the haircut and later give me a nice open razor shave. I was treated so nicely. Left her a good tip. Will definitely be going there.read more

Superb haircut. The staff don't seem very warm/friendly but it might be a cultural thing as they converse to the point and give a good cut. Service concludes with a hot towel wrap on the face.

Fantastic barber shop! Very professional, clean, and follow COVID-19 safety guidelines with social distancing, masks, and gloves. They even spray down and wipe the chairs before you sit down for a haircut. My hair stylist is Irena! Irena is always pleasant and cares about her clients. She has a great eye for detail, doesn't rush you in and out, and makes sure that you're satisfied before your haircut is finished. I would personally recommend her services to friends and family. Our entire family has been coming to this barber shop - slash - beauty salon for years. Irina is amazing! With an expansive menu of services for both men and women, an easy appointment system and a spacious, beautifully decorated interior, it really is a gem. Following the unfortunate COVID-19 related closures, this place has come back in force, with social distancing markings, staff wearing City Master Barbers-brand masks and plenty of sanitizer. Meanwhile, the waiting space has been rearranged, with couches, arm chairs and benches spaced out throughout the salon, to maximize patrons' comfort. As a result, this place is as luxurious as it's ever been, but also strictly compliant with COVID-19 guidelines and very safe. Since the reopening, City Master Barbers is by-appointment-only, but appointments are easy to make both by phone and online. And, of course, we were very happy to see Irina, a fantastic stylist, after several months' hiatus.read more

City Master Barber's is an exceptional barber shop. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they are all very good at what they do. I personally have been visiting Lucy (you may see her listed as Lucine on the website) - she is absolutely wonderful. Incredibly sweet and warm, great conversationalist, and most importantly she is an absolute expert with men' and women's haircuts. Since the onset of COVID-19, City Master's has been extremely diligent about personal hygiene, mask wearing, social distancing, and keeping the shop clean. I switched to City Master Barber's over 3 years ago, and I plan to be a loyal customer for a very long time. Highly recommend!read more

Erik is very friendly, professional, and his work is a masterpiece! I’ve been going here for over a year and I have always been treated very well. I would go to no other barber while Erik is there. Fantastic service from the actual staff finnaly a quailty cut and beard trim traveled 35 minutes to get here. My only gripe is the online system i chose a cut and beard trim however when i got there it had me see 2 seperate stylists!!! Which is not proper time management especially during a busy friday!!. While i understand the answer given and not every stylist can do a beard customer timing is crucial and stylist time even more. So kudos to Mackenzie and tamara very friendly and proffesional staff. i will returnread more

I started looking for a new barber for my son after the place/person we used to go didn't do what we wanted for his hair the past few times. I found City Master Barbers on Google and decided to give it a shot based on all the great reviews. I made an appointment with Erik and went last night.They followed all Covid rules and the place was clean. As far as the service my son got, all I can say is that he is very happy with the results! Erik did exactly what we asked. My son went in there looking like a bear and left looking like handsome 14 year old haha. Erik provided an excellent service and I was really impressed with his attention to detail! Very professional barber shop. The staff is very polite and is ready to listen to any style you prefer. Lucy is very good and a sweet lady. However, the prices for some of the services seem overpriced and can be done at other locations for a few bucks less. Weekends seem to be busy so try to book an appointment online earlier. Nevertheless, not a bad place to get a haircut.read more
