I love going to this barbershop. Joe is the man. His spot is the best in New Rochelle (and I can argue in all of Westchester). They always maintain a friendly attitude and positive atmosphere for kids, teens, and adults. They are kind to all of their customers and are always promptly on time for their appointments, just be sure to be courteous and book an appointment on line/over the phone.Never had a bad experience there and it’s the nicest looking barber shop that I’ve been too. Voted the best Barbershop in Westchester for a reason! Super easy to make an appointment, the barbers go an extra mile to take care of you, and not to mention it’s a great environment. Great place. They are always able to fit me in when I need a cut and was in a hurry. I have never had a bad cut with Chris or Joe. They also have video games for kids to be entertained by if you need to cut your hair and have your kids.read more

Best barber shop around with a friendly feel when you walk in the door! Great layout and atmosphere and very professionally but at the same time they treat you like family even if it’s your first time in there. It’s more than just a barber shop. It’s a spa for men when you get a haircut with face masks and massages, they give you the full treatment and it’s worth it! I’m serious about my hair and I finally found a place in Westchester that will hook me up with a nice fade every time I go in. Highly recommend !!read more

Been to a lot of barbers and I usually have to wait. Can’t stand that. At Style Society, your appointment is almost always on time. It’s quick and efficient and the cut always looks solid. Payment is easy and the store is clean and quiet. There’s a nice aesthetic, too, so when the chair spins, you’re never staring at an empty wall.read more

We went back to Style Society this past weekend, and once again they have maintained the standard. The shop was clean, the music was pumpin, but not overpowering. The vibe in the shop was completely open, relaxing and the men were completely professional. I brought my husband this time around, and Joseph, the owner, was there! My son had his hair styled by Joseph, my husband by Chris, and my young son, who never has anyone touch his hair, allowed a very personable and neatly attired barber to trim his hair. The overall experience for my kids and husband was stellar! They love their look. I am telling you, if you have not given Style Society a try, you should! The price is right and you will not be disappointed. They know their stuff! The shop is nicely done, from the artwork, to the music, to the layout! Amazing barbershop to go to. If your in need of a new place or even if you have a dedicated barbershop, you have to try Style Society. Their online appointment booking is easy and efficient. The shop is very cozy yet esthetically professional. All staff, and I truly mean ALL staff are skilled, professionals, humble and will treat a customer with the utmost respect. Whether your a white collar, blue collar worker, collage student, or even a child, the staff will always be attentive. I got a haircut by Joseph who is the owner, what an amazing experience. The haircut was super fresh, but the thing that blew me away was the spa like treatment. Cleaning my face, washing my hair and lathering my skin was worth every dime. I went here a few times and they gave me some of the best haircuts. The owner of this business is a real great guy and very personable.However, I had some bad experiences with them as well. I once came here with an appointment and when I came in I had to wait upwards of an hour due to the barber letting someone else take my spot, I let it be since I needed my cut. Then I sometimes had to wait more than 30 minutes due to the barber not being finished with his client. My last and final visit, I came 6 minutes late due to traffic, and the barber refused to even cut my hair. I had 45 minutes available on that cut, but he choose not to do it it, when prior visits he had no problem making me wait when he wasn't finished with a client before my appointments...It's the double standard that made me avoid this business. However, I do wish the best and much success for the owner.read more

Orlando is the best barber in westchester. He treats each of his clients like they entered his home when they get in the chair . He knows how to cut every style of hair and I have loose curls. But my friends who have tighter curls he does really well and well as my strait haired friends. I wouldn’t let someone else touch my hair just cause Ino when Orlando does it he fully engages with his craft and doesn’t clown around the way others shops do. I started coming here last year and have to say one of the cleanest and most hospitable shops I’ve ever been to. It’s typically hard to get a cut as a walk in because they’re so busy but Orlando took me in and I’ve been coming back here ever since. I never been to a shop with a wash station and different options like they offer here and Orlando put me on to a new lifestyle when it comes to getting a cut.
