Heritage Barber Company in Westmont, NJ is a traditional barber shop specializing in haircuts, straight razor shaves, and more. Relax and experience vintage style decor, vinyl records, and old family photos. They have a full women's salon in house, and offer services anyone from kids to seniors. They also feature local beer once a month and offer tastings in the shop. Additionally, they offer wedding packages for brides and grooms - hair styling and makeup, shaves and cuts.

Just got out of my appointment with Christian. Extremely happy with the cut, one of the best I've had since moving to Jersey 2 years ago. Very laid back and comfortable environment. I'll be returning!

Best barbershop there is. Me and my 4 boys get our hair cut every few weeks and could not be happier with the service we receive from Heritage. All of the guys and girls that work there are top notch. Great with kids but also have sports on tv and fresh beer in the keg every time we come in. We all get compliments (mostly my kids of course) on the cut for several days after. They give great shaves and can clean up your beard as well. Highly recommend. Only thing to consider is that since they’re so good you can’t just walk in and expect a cut. Should schedule your next cut when you’re there or at least a week in advance. It’s also not the cheapest cut you’ll get but you get what you pay for. You want quality, you gotta pay.read more

I'd rather spend $30 here to get a haircut from Pat than $15 at Supercuts. They take their time here and are very skilled at their job. I have always walked away happy from here!

By far the best shop I have ever been in. The staff is amazing from the girls behind the counter to the hair staff all top notch!!! When you walk in they know your name and even the owner Joe goes out of his way to greet you and call you by name. Nicholas is outstanding . Not only a great barber but also an amazing listener. I moved to the area a little more than a year ago, and have been using Heritage/Nicholas ever since. I thought I was receiving some pretty decent haircuts at my old shop, but walking out of Heritage is a way different experience.Nicholas does a killer fade, and I love the hard part he shaves into my head. I haven't left dissatisfied once, he listens well and takes his time. I feel like he can read a mood pretty well too-- won't force a conversation on you if you don't really feel like talking and want to chill.The barbers here clearly have a good rapport with one another, and I can't help but to smile at half the stuff I hear in there. I can only speak on my experience with Nicholas, but I see some other guys leaving this place with some damn good haircuts too.read more

Michael at Heritage seemed like the perfect fit for me and my hunch was correct. He’s the ideal hybrid between barber and stylist. He saw my hair for what it is and cut it perfectly on the first time for that matter.I’ve gotten my hair cut from the same barber for a decade, and I knew it was time for a change after consecutive dissatisfying haircuts. I researched salons and barbershops in Camden County and even Philadelphia to find a new barber or stylist. 5 years of coming to this barbershop and this place just keeps getting better and better. The staff is amazing, from the service they give you, to the way they make you feel welcome, this is one of the best shops you ever walk into. Everyones amazing at their craft, Chris is my guy, never a wait and even if there was one, the atmosphere is.always great and the music choices are always on point. Joe, the owner, is cool and always greets everyone walking through the door by name, and is also a beast with the craft. Love this spot!read more

I moved to this area back in 2018 and it took me quite some time to find a stylist and shop that I legitimately loved and felt comfortable going to.Heritage is awesome because you’ve got the old school barber shop vibe in the front of their location and then a well-lit and inviting salon in the back. Best of both worlds.You can tell that the staff truly care about their craft. Most clients are regulars and the dynamic between the staff is genuine. You can tell that they have respect for each other and for their clientele.Erin is a wonderful stylist, she has an eye for detail and color.I have loved every cut she’s given me, so I recently had her do a balayage color service.10/10 the best color I’ve had done since I moved here, she was attentive and made sure my hair wasn’t being over processed. I know that I will leave happy with my service and looking my best.Erin also has a lot of working knowledge of product and what will work best with your hair’s texture and present condition.I am so glad to have found a stylist and shop that I enjoy going to.read more

Steve gave me the best haircut. All the barbers are great and can fade. If you are on the fence, just book…. great atmosphere too. Kid friendly…. Never trust a 1 star review, they are just haters. One time months ago i noticed a line in my fade, i went in and they fixed it up no questions…. So most likely, dude below was just a hater.read more

I have lived across the street from this place for years and didn't even know it was there! I needed a hair cut and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Erin was fantastic!
