We are located in the heart of downtown Denver, blocks away from Coors Field and walking distance to Union Station. We’re creating the best barber shop in Denver Colorado, and would like you to be a part of it.

I brought my groomsmen here last minute for my wedding last Friday. Andrew hooked it up! He was meticulous, knowledgeable, and fun as hell to talk to. Dudes listen, get man-pampered. Get the scalp massage. Get a straight razor line up or shave. Andrew keeps it feeling like a true man spa with all the hot towels in the world. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.read more

This is a really nice barber shop. It was my first time in this shop after following my amazing barber Espy (look her up if you need a nice, clean cut) after she moved to greener pastures from Rooster's. This place feels more relaxed and inviting vs. the turn n' burn services at Roosters. Katrina was great. I told her what I was looking for and what I'm attempting to do with my hair and she executed. Been going to this salon for 2+ years, and all the stylists have been great. Will be better once the lounge is reopened and you can get a beer while you wait, though I don't fault them for that as it's not their fault we are in the middle of a pandemic. The extra services like trimming your eyebrows are a big plus for us older guys like myself.read more

Pretty good, but a little pricey. Good haircut, gave me a shampoo, straight razor for the back of the neck, threw some product in there at the end, good all around, but about $10 more than I'm used to paying for the exact same service (actually, the place I used to go to even did a hot towel on the face as well, so they did more for less money). I tend to go a while in between haircuts, so it's not a huge deal for it to be a bit more expensive for the times I do go, but it's enough to drop a star. I had been thinking about getting a beard trim too until I saw that it would be almost $100 for both after a tip. So it was a good haircut, just go in knowing that it'll cost you.UPDATE: Dropping one more star because apparently they think it's a good idea to put your phone number, which you give when making an appointment, on a list to receive marketing texts without asking.read more

I've been going to Frank's for nearly a year and would highly recommend! Katrina does an amazing job every time and I get compliments after every haircut from both family & friends. It was a great haircut that included a shampooing with head massage and they even trimmed my eyebrows a little bit which I've never had before. The place itself is nice. It feels classy. Makes you feel like you're getting your money's worth as it can be a bit pricey depending on what you're after.My haircut was good but I feel like they made a mistake on the back of my head (see photo) even though I was told it was purposefully done. Nothing major. Just looks a bit odd.Would be nice if the hairdresser was up for more of a chat which is what I would usually expect. Not entirely sold on whether or not I'd be back.read more

This place is great! I place my trust in Andrew every 3 weeks to keep me looking dashing, ruggedly handsome, and bring some sophistication to this charming rogue. Not sure if anyone but me would describe me as such, but Andrew always makes sure I keep thinking so!You can buy 6 packs of local brews for the time being, but some day when we get back to regular life beer is available for customers. The hot towel and shampoo that comes with every cut melts away the stress of life better than any beer could anyways.I've seen the quality of beard trims and coloring, and despite having never used these services, I have been thoroughly impressed with the work I have seen. I've seen men walk in looking like the time traveled from the first Woodstock straight to Frank's shop and leave looking like a cover shot for GQ.A public parking lot directly across the street means parking is as easy as it is cheap. Tons of options to get some food and a drink as you wait, or even better, to show off your fresh cut and make the ladies or lads swoon.I can't recommend this place highly enough. They are 100% professionals, artisans, great friendly attitude and service, nobody is pushing you to buy products you don't need, scheduling is always easy, the shop is pristine and welcoming. I also appreciate that they have an expectation that you treat your appointment like any adult should. They will always give you 100% without question, all you need to do is show up. If you aren't going to show up you need to cancel or you will be charged. I am a fan of this policy. It tells me they value their time and their work, and that you should too. This isn't Sport Clips, these stylists are ARTISTS, and deserve to be respected as such.If you want a quick trim of the hair and beard for a date or meeting, they got you. If you want a full make over, as long as it involves hair, you'll find no better place in Denver metro. If you want to be treat your barber poorly, waste their time, or be rude, look elsewhere because their customers love the place as much as the staff.And if all that wasn't enough, they are dog friendly! Can't get any better than this!read more

Samantha has cut my hair twice in the past few months and has done an incredible job! I don’t write this to bash the quality of the haircuts here as the person who handles my hair is great. What I can say is I’m pretty disappointed in what transpired today after coming here for the past 3-4 years as a regular. I tend to book multiple appointments months out and had 10:45 in my calendar as that is one of my normal times for scheduling. Turns out the appointment was at 10am and when I walk in, I get fully charged with no emotion from staff or a credit for my next haircut as a 1 time mess up in many years. Message to the owner(s), please learn to take care of your regulars, as they are the lifeblood of your business. Also , have someone call at start of appointment as I could’ve been there within 5 minutesread more

This is the best Barbershop experience I've had since going to my grandfather's shop when I was a kid, which I do not say lightly. Gwen has a keen attention to detail, and a kindhearted aura, which alone was worth the money; add on a beer and a shampooing + any of their incredible services... you simply can't do better. This is more than your run-of-the-mill haircut; you're going to be pampered, and investing in your self care. They support local and small businesses with the product inventory they carry, which is a very classy touch that adds to their authenticity. His barber, David, pays great attention to detail. It doesn’t matter whether the client is a child or an adult, he respects and listens. He really makes the client happy and look presentable. Having lived in Denver two years now, it's been extremely difficult to find a barbershop here that does quality work and is not rushing you out of the chair for their next clients. I decided to give Frank's a shot and wow, so glad I did! I booked online which was super simple, and got there early to grab a parking spot since it is downtown off Larimer. Headed inside, was greeted/checked in and was told to wash my hands which I liked. They then asked if I wanted anything to drink and it being my day off, I went the local craft beer route and got a Strawberry Rhubarb Sour Ale by Great Divide (their beer selection is spot on, even got a koozie for the can). I was then told to take a seat in their lounge area dubbed the "man cave" which is the only thing I happened to take pictures of while there. They had all kinds of things available while waiting, from chips, snacks, suckers, even condoms which I thought was a nice touch. I hung out in there for a few minutes before Addison came and introduced herself and took me to her chair.Now back home in Houston, I had the same barber for about 7 years and I have spent some time here in Denver looking for anyone comparable to her- and I think Addison just may be that fit. She was amazing, listened to every detail on what I was looking for with a haircut, and was very personable but also professional. I was so impressed by her work I'll definitely be going back and requesting her as well. Highly recommend her for anyone reading this review! My bar is set pretty high, and she went above and beyond. Facility was very nice and well kept, loved how clean everything was.A couple of pro tips, get there early because of street parking. I went during the day which was fine, but you always need to be prepared going downtown to find a spot unless you are walking/scooting/biking. Coors Field is two blocks away, so I can see parking not even being an option during baseball season. Also Addison told me a lot of people book in the evening and come in for a beer and a cut, then head out on the town afterwards which is not a bad place to be to get the night started!read more
