Description
Deluxe Cuts Barber Shop was opened by its owner Michael Abramov in the summer of 2016 to provide quality cuts at an affordable price. They have haircuts for men and boys, straight razor shaves, beard trims & designs. There is also a flat screen TV at every station for your convenience and enjoyment. You don't have to make an appointment, although they do allow you to call and schedule one if you'd like.

Bottom Line Up Front: Skilled. Professional. Precise. Rob will be my go-to.Googled the shop and had doubts on how the rating was so high. I was wrong. This shop is professional. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Most shops grill you and check you out as you come in and you can feel the stares, not here. Before I even sat down in the waiting seats I was invited for a seat with the barber. He took the time to ask how I wanted the cut and had me clarify just so he could be sure he understood. The barber's skill was apparent as I watched my fade go from good, better, amazing. He was careful, meticulous, and precise working with my hair. The ratings on this shop are not a lie. They will not let you down. Sorry for the blurs in photos. They're stills from the videos. But if you don't believe the comments and photos, check them out for yourself.My only regret is that I don't live in New York but I sure as hell will come back to this shop and him anytime I'm here.Shout-out to the barber, Rob. Since moving to Long Island from Queens I've been searching for a barbershop that lives up to city standards, I was sent to Deluxe Cuts's by my brother in law, and they did not disappoint. Perfect cut, quick work, short wait, and they're fully up to code with COVID regulations with everything from disposable plastic gowns to plastic barriers between barbers. This is an amazing barber shop. I have been getting my haircut from Mike(owner) for almost 7 years now. He runs a great shop with a team of great barbers. Brought my son here for his first haircut, my son had long curly hair! I was a bit nervous, but they made feel comfortable and ensured me that my son is in good hands. I am very picky with my hair and I was really nervous to try this place for the first time but they are everything all the reviews say and then some. I was really impressed. Rob is one hell of a barber. He paid great attention to detail and was really genuine. Kept a great convo throughout the entire experience. Non of the employees were wearing their masks up to their noses and none of the customers were wearing masks while getting their haircut. The pricing on their homepage wasn’t updated($3.00 increased).I believe they’re really good at what they do, they must be kind and qualified hair designers because not any business can get 5.0 rating on Google Maps out of 600+ reviews. But in my case, I didn’t feel safe. Sorry guys.read more

Both my sons get haircuts here, all the barbers are great , extremely skilled. Every haircut is done slowly and with care , which yields the best results. Definitely not your normal shop where haircuts are done quick as if an assembly line. The extra time taken is worth more then they charge. Highly recommendread more

I am very picky when it comes to my haircut, but at the same time I am very indecisive, which are the worst combinations to have, so when I first found this shop I was very skeptical. I have also had scalp issues so I was very nervous. They immediately made me feel comfortable and even helped me figure out what to do to treat my scalp. They were more than barbers. They keep good conversation and make sure you are well taken care of. Now this is my regular barbershop and I can say I haven't had any issues with any of the barbers. Sometimes I take weeks before getting a new cut(which is bad I know) but every time regardless of the barber, the cut is the same. That is very hard to come by in any shop. These guys are really good and I am very happy I found this place. Of course no place is perfect but here luckily there are only two mild downsides 1. At times the wait may be a bit of an issue on certain days but that comes with the territory if you have guys who are good at what they do. 2. They only take cash BUT they have placed an ATM inside the shop (tbh I prefer card but I have adjusted). Other than that the shop is always pretty clean, professional decor, and the guys are very respectful. There is no profanity, no vulgar language or conversations among the guys so it is family friendly and the prices aren't terrible. All in all I would DEF recommend this shop. Also I highly suggest asking for Reuben. He's my go to!read more

Found this place while driving home from work one night. Couple of my friends go there so I stopped in. This place has a bunch of cool great guys definitely the best barbershop on Long Island. Second time here! Very satisfied with the cuts for my 3 boys. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My 2 year old HATES getting his haircut. Altho he happily waits entertained by the fish tank/tvs. And as soon as his cut is over he is quick to give a high 5 and collect his lollipop.
