Serge is phenomenal and everyone else that ever cut my hair there is also great. I've been going there for about 7 years. Although I moved far away, I've tried a dozen places since because of the distance, and every time I get a cut I have to go there to have them fix it. What can I say, I think we found the best barber in the county and her name is Kamila! My husband needs particular length for his face. He went so many times to barbershops and when he would come back I couldn't even look at him, it looked so bad.She is definitely a pro. I was lucky to schedule my hair cut and coloring appointment with Kama on first day when all salons were allowed to open. This place and all masters were ready and happy to see their clients. Everybody wear masks, gloves, everything was sanitized and sparkly clean. Kama provided excellent service to me. I got many compliments about my hair cut and color. I even did not tell her what I wanted, I just said you see it all. Kama fills the client, gives the best advice and service. I randomly called to get an appointment when I had a wedding to go to that night.. they got me in faster than I've ever seen before and I got matched with the hairstylist that changed my life. Alona is my barber and aside from never leaving that salon without a PERFECT haircut.. everyone from the front desk to whoever washes your hair, you feel like you're getting your hair cut in your grandma's kitchen... I’ve been going to City Master for a about a year now. These people get it! You are greeted at the door by Deb so sweet and nice. Serge the owner is a good dude always pleasant. My stylist Savannah is a perfectionist, down to the last detail. Never a hair out of place. Julia is my go to if Savannah is off, flawless so amazing. Don’t skip the the wash so relaxing. I don’t write many reviews but when you find a place as good as this you have to. They treat you like family.By the way this shop does everything facials beards straight razor you name it. Seth is an incredible barber. He makes sure to not rush anything and treats every haircut like art. I’m at a point where I don’t even ask for a specific haircut, I just trust that whatever he does comes out great and it always does. Definitely recommend Seth.read more

Routinely get a haircut and shave at Old Bridge location. Fayoz is outstanding. Would have given 5 stars except the owner has a new payment plan which makes no sense. They had cards that you could set a dollar amount and any service was deducted- great. They recently did away with the cards and now you pay an equivalent of 10 haircuts ($200+) that is held in an on-line account. When you get services you CANNOT use the money in the account for anything other than a haircut. So after giving them $200+, you still have to pay for any service i.e. shave above a haircut.read more

Tough review to give. On one hand, they gave my son an absolutely excellent cut. He looks great. Especially for a boy who has thin silky hair that most people mess up.But on their other hand, the wait was pretty confusing and seemed a bit unfair. We walked in before anyone was seated (this was at 12pm on a Saturday) and waited 45 minutes for a cut. A bunch of folks walked in for cuts that probably had appointments but I heard at least three people check in at the desk that were around 15 mins early and one man was 45 mins early for his appointment and we still had to wait (for a 3 year olds hair cut that took 10 mins). I get customer loyalty preference and appointments, but I think they could have done better here.Either way it was a quality cut but I don’t think they should say they can take you in “a few minutes” when they are backed up with appointments for the day. I would have gladly come another day.read more

I’ve been going here for the last couple years and never once have I been disappointed with the haircuts I get. A very nice place and they can get you in and out really quick with very high quality haircuts and shaves. They always hit the nail with the cuts you want. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a barber shop in the area.read more
