Hey what can I say very friendly atmosphere. They did take walk ins but I wouldn't recommend it unless its early in the week. You can get anything from line up to designs which is impressive. Once you go you'll be back for more work so I recommend getting a number so you can have a set time and just relax and get ready to laugh and have a good time, you'll more than likely won't want to leave which is a good sign of greatness.read more

Johnny (J Cash) is the BEST! He is so talented, creative and does simply amazing work! All of the guys at Another Level were kind, helpful and very professional.They have created a laid back atmosphere and best of all...they have really COMFY furniture to sit back and relax while my sons got their awesome cuts! June 16, 2020 at 12:42 amI waited for over 3 hours. I get there and it’s only 4 guys waiting to get a cut and 3 guys already in the chair getting cut. Jay (Hispanic guy) said hey did you put your name on the board. I said ok, let me do that. After I did that Jay said you have 4 guys in front of you. I said ok. One of the Mexican guys had to leave to take his kids home on 75th Avenue and Thomas and took 45 minutes to come back. That is not professional at all. Why would you have your kids at work during the pandemic? After that I see Jay outside and I asked him if he can cut me and he said not today he’s booked. Then he asked what are you getting done? I said a edge up and tape, since I just got my dreads twisted. He said that’s going to take awhile to do. I said it should be 15 to 20 minutes max. I said ok. I’m not about to convince him to give me an edge up and taper. So I decided to wait for the other 2 days to get done. While all this is going on, the 3 barbers are having side conversations while they are cutting hair. Jay (Hispanic guy) is talking to the other Hispanic barber about a story and he says “Nigga”. I said oh I know he didn’t just say that word. Wow and everybody in the shop is ok with a Hispanic guy saying the “N” word. I said ok, i hope they hurry up so I can get outta here and then I’ll never come back. So now it’s my turn and the black barber calls me over for me to sit down. He asks me what would I like to have done? I said an edge up and then he goes on to say ok. Do you want a taper too I said yes I do. He says an edge up is not the same thing as a taper. So at this point we are both staring at each other. I’m waiting for him to say something else but we are just staring at each other. Then he asks me, what would you like? I said both. Then the black barber said “you know what”? Jay can take since we just did a stare off at each other and I’m not doing your hair and he proceeds to take off the barber Cape from around me. I said are you serious he said hell yea I am. He goes on to say, I don’t do walk ins anyway I ONLY do appointments and I was done after the last cut. I said wow that’s crazy this is a piece of shit barber shop. Don’t waste your time or your money on a racist Hispanic barber name Jay with the ponytail and a black barber who is not comfortable in his own skin. Horrible service ALL THE WAY AROUND.

It was loud and unprofessional, the owner was eating and stuff, talking to his employees and being loud, I had to wait again after that, when I was called hi had to sit the barber chair and wait while he was eating pie or something, just before he starts eats a ba g of chips or something, he asks what I want done, I said short but not too short, the owner messed up my hair and gave me a crappy cut and while he was buzzing my hair he stops and sits down and makes me wait before starting again while he was cutting my hair this guy maybe a friend starts talking and yelling and stuff and got close to me while talking to owner who was cutting my hair, I pay and get on out of there, a bad haircut and a waste of money and SUPER UNPROFESSIONEL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE IF TRASH SALON AND THE JERK WHO OWNS IT
