Description
At the Railroad Barber you are greeted with a warm welcome, chill music, a cold beer or shot of bourbon. They have some homey and comfortable vibes and the main barber, Levi, provides a caring and focused service. The hot towel treatments are also quite nice. It's recommended to make an appointment because time slots can fill up. The appointments system is well done, and if you do make one, you won't spend much time waiting before you cut.

Highly recommend this barber shop.It's a great experience from looking the appointment all the way through paying for the service.Although it's not necessary it is recommended to make an appointment in advance as the time slots get full pretty quickly.The atmosphere of the shop is calm and inviting. They have complementary drinks while you wait which if you booked is not very long.The barber is knowledgeable in his field and will give you tips on maintaining your hair. He knows how to deal with all hair and will give you a great haircut.Definitely worth it to give it a try.read more

Hands down best barber in Brooklyn.Levi has been cutting my hair since we were 17 years old. It has brought me great pride and pleasure watching his business take off and flourish the way it has, as he deserves every bit of it. His professionalism and courteous business ethic is top notch and is the reason I have been going back again and again. The space is clean, fresh and relaxing. As a man with a receding hairline I used to be nervous to walk around without a brush over or a hat on. Levi gives such good haircuts that I walk out feeling like a king. There aren't enough or even proper words to describe the railroad barbershop! Been coming to them since before they were even the railroad barbershop! Very professional, always do what the customer wants, they have and give off such a great vibe! You always walk out feeling like a million bucks! And you can always have a great talk over a beer while getting a cut! Everyone must try this place out and should keep coming back!read more

This barbershop is excellent, even for little ones. Brought my son for his second haircut at a barbershop and could not have been more pleased with the experience and haircut itself. The place is nicely designed and very clean. The barber Eli was kind, patient, professional, and intuitive to the kind of “look” that would suit a little one. My son was smiling throughout the experience, and after the haircut was finished my son turned to me and said “the barber did a great job”. Coming from a child who initially did not want to get a haircut because he was scared of the sound of the machine, this complement is pretty impressive.read more

This is my favorite spot in Brooklyn to get papered! My haircut always comes out consistent, exactly to my liking, with superb service. I would Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys good service.
