There's just something about this place that doesn't make you feel special. The wait times are often ridiculous and there is no follow up even if you use the book it application through your phone. It's often difficult to get an appointment and when you are getting your stuff taken care of you feel rushed. I will say there are some very nice and minutiis and it's quite comfortable even in the waiting area but it does take a long time period even if you have an appointment. Prepare to spend over an hour here if you have no appointment and even then sometimes you can get bumped. Very friendly place and I think they will do well I think they need just a little bit more management and follow through to really shine.read more

I learned quickly to make an appointment and not just show up. If you do that you will be waiting for awhile. Once my son found a barber he liked started making appointments and we are in and out with no wait what so ever.read more

My 15 year old son wanted a very short cut right away! I called places and didn't have much luck with something soon So when I called Royal Cuts they helped us told us my son and I could come over right away they have after school hours too!
