The For Men Only salon was created to give men a place with stylists that know men's hair. They cater to men's interests and specialize in men's cuts, fades, tapers, line ups, and military regulation hair cuts. They also offer full beard trim services, hair coloring services and waxing services. You can grab a free Yuengling from the tap and enjoy your time at For Men Only.

Svitlana did a fantastic job! Definitely one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I didn't have to give her any pointers or guide her, she nailed it. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel taken care of. She also touched up my beard and again, it came out great. The shampoo was also a really welcome treat, and I love the neck shave they give. Overall I'd say I was treated fabulously. I'll only get my hair cut here from now on.read more

This is my go to place in State College for a haircut. It is best to book an appointment as walk-ins are hard for them to accommodate. Bookings can be done over the phone or online.When you arrive, someone will check you in. You can then ask for a beer while you wait. They will then call you up for your haircut. They save notes about how you like your hair done which is thoughtful. A neck shave, wash, shampoo and styling is included in the cost of a cut.read more

I've been coming here for years, but I'm about to find a new place to go and stop recommending it if the walk in system doesn't get fixed. It's impossible to get a haircut by walk-in. Always the same response "We are booked until x-hour." Well have a person to get walk in's! Problem solved.read more

Around two years ago is when I first started going to For Men Only. My first few times in there I bounced around with a few stylists. I eventually got a haircut with Cassie and haven’t changed since. She was the only one who was able to cut my hair the way I wanted it and it’s pretty much an exact replica that I received from my original barber since I moved to State College. You can tell she loves her job and makes you feel super welcome every time you come in for a haircut. She is extremely timely and we always have plenty of conversation to make the experience fly by. She even helped me with a school assignment after my haircut. Book yourself an appointment with Cassie the next time you make a visit. Highly recommend.read more

Since moving to State College three years ago, I have seen only one hair stylist and that is Cassie. I am sure all the stylists at For Men Only are good, but Cassie is exceptional!
