Great guys and a fantastic haircut! Usually get extremely nervous during haircuts, but felt genuinely welcomed the second I walked. Eddie, who cut my hair, was not only a great conversationalist, but also constantly kept me in the loop with what he was thinking in terms of my haircut really demonstrating an attention to detail. And on top of that it usually takes me a week to really like my new cut, but it's the next morning and we really out here looking fresh. Can't recommend this spot enough if you're in the area and want to be in good hands.read more

I been coming to this shop over 2 years.Jacob and Eddo cut my hair always the way I want.I use to go to other barber shop in Brooklyn and they were dirty.eddos barber shop very clean and always clean their clippers after each customer.Very happy with their service!!!!!read more

Great Place and friendly.BUT PRICE WENT UP FROM $15 to $20 in 4 months. + tip.Not worth it.Yes other hiked up their prices as well.It’s a ripoff. Price gauging due to Covid-19.

Professional haircuts at the best price. Jacob was so great, he welcomed me in, invited me to the massage chair for free, take care of my hair so neat and clean like I haven’t seen in a long time. Finally found a barber to go! It was amazing to see that it is a place for the families too. In my short time there I saw women, men, kids waiting for him to get a haircut. I’ll be back for sure even if I have to walk, take train, bus… this service is worth it.read more

Gem of a place for a few reasons:Pricing – $20 a haircut. Most barbers in the neighborhood jacked their prices up to $40-$50 due to the pandemic, but this is one of the few places that still has reasonable prices. Can’t find many places like this anymore!Quality – Couldn’t be happier. Cut was clean. Jacob knows his stuff. Knows how to not only cut but he styles your cut into something that suits you.Experience – Jacob’s a nice guy. Very friendly. Easy to talk to.Speed – Haircut was quick. Spent maybe 20 minutes in there (if even that) and haircut still came out fantastic. Not a place that sacrifices quality for speed. No complaints.Highly recommend coming here if you need a solid haircut and don’t want to pay the absurd prices other barbers around here are charging.read more

New to the area and after testing out 3 other shops within walking distance over the two months I’ve been in Ridgewood, I believe this place has given me the cleanest(and fastest) cut. Walked in when it wasnt busy and Eddo & Jacob greeted me warmly like I have been there before. Eddo also immediately could tell the work done by the last barber I tried out was not great on top, and fixed it right up, so I’m glad to know he cares about new customers and old. Overall great first experience, would highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation out in Ridgewood.read more

Great spot, been coming here regularly for about a year or so! They are very friendly and welcoming. If there’s a wait you’ll get to use the fancy massage chair which is so effective you’ll just want to sit in it for hours. And they cut a mean head of hair! Highly recommended!read more

First time at Eddo’s. What an amazing experience. Jacob was my barber. He is outstanding. He had a great eye for detail, what is tasteful, and suitable. Relaxing atmosphere, and great conversation. My hair cut is FABULOUS!! He made suggestions, and I was genuinely amazed. He knew what would work, and it did. Will be coming back. If you are concerned with price, you need not worry. Moved to Ridgewood a month ago, recommended by my roommate, and Jacob didn’t disappoint! Jacob is not only a very nice man but also an expert barber. He gave me a haircut cut that my previous barber always got right. Shorter on top, great fade, and even did my eyebrows. It’s just a short walk away from my place. Found this place on Google because we needed a new barber and can honestly say it’s great. Jacob attended my 7 yr old son and I and he did an amazing job. He provided a much better blend to my cut than prior barbers and my cut looks great. He was super respectful with great conversation and very attentive to details and asked questions about how I’d like specific parts of my hair cut before addressing them. Additionally, he was so nice to my boy and provided some expert opinions for my sons comfort and my son honestly loved the experience. He even offered me a massage on the massage chair while waiting for my boy to get finished. Felt like a real old school barber shop as he also uses various techniques and machines to do the job, it felt right and not rushed. We have found our new place to get cuts. No appointment required, just call like an hour before you're planning to stop by, and they'll let you know when to come so you won't have to wait around.
